I am not sure how long they have been in business, but business is their number 1 priority. My car started making a rattling noise on Sunday. I pulled into the lot at Ursch and turned off the engine because it was so loud. I walked into the shop, I was greeted quickly by Jim, the owner. I told him I had a rattle in my car, he grabbed his coat and we headed outside. He laughed the minute I started that car. He assured me that my car was safe to drive, but that he could not work on it until Thursday. I arrived early on Thursday, gave him my keys and he dropped me off at work. My 10:30 I had a phone call from Jim, telling me it was fixed and it was minor. He only charged me $20....seriously. I told him I felt I owed him more, he assured me $20 was enough. I went to 3 other local shops for a quote and no one took care of me the way Freer did. Called the insurance of the person who hit me to get me answers, helped adjust my bumper before I left their lot to make it a bit better for me to drive (without me even asking, might I add). They used Carwise which texted me updates on timeline and estimates. Called me and coordinated with insurance/rental car like no other. My repair ended up taking about a week longer than expected. More damage was found but it was clearly communicated to me that it was possible, and they gave me an update each step. They even had an after hours pick up which worked perfect for my schedule. Left me a card and a beautiful rose (such as kind touch). My car was clean and shiny on the outside (sad it won't last long due to all the snow and salt) with the inside vacuumed and smelling great! Truly can't recommend Freer enough. Kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly excellent service. I will trust Freer with all auto body repairs going forward!

Lucky for me, I have insurance and Freer is in my hometown. When I made a claim with my insurance agent, she told me that Freer was one of the repair shops that was highly approved by my insurer. From the time I took my Rav4 in for an estimate to the final work, I was totally impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the entire staff. On the day I dropped my SUV off to begin the work, they gave me a time frame for when it would be completed. When they started work, the found some additional damage underneath and called to let me know they'd need an extra day. I also, received periodic text messages keeping me up to date of the progress. When all the work was completed, I was notified and they reminded me they do not take debit or credit cards. They are strictly cash or check only. Good thing I keep a book of checks on hand, I rarely write one anymore. To my surprise, when I picked my Rav4 up, they had washed and vacuumed the inside.What a nice touch. Since I had the body damage, I couldn't go through a car wash and Reggie (my name for my Rav4) was in serious need of a bath. The ladies who work the front desk, deserve a big shout out, too. They are friendly, charming, helpful and professional. When I paid my at check-out, I was handed a detailed statement, a thank-you card in cursive writing and a long stemmed rose.
