Good overall flavors and the crust tasted pretty good. The crust could have used more crunch for sure. I would also say a little heavy on the cheese and a little light on the sauce. We stopped by Earth and Stone Wood Fired Pizza on a whim. We were headed to check out Indian food. Walking inside we could see a room with people drinking beer. It turned out pizza is to the left and a brewery is going straight. We went inside the pizza restaurant to place an order. We ordered The Patriarch which is like a supreme pizza and the Italian salad. We were given a pager and told when it went off we could pick up our foods at the pick up counter. The Patriarch was a thin crust pizza similar to a supreme. The toppings were good but sparse. I would have preferred more meats and red sauce. The crust wasn't as crunchy as I like. I cut the pizza with a knife and fork. I didn't get the wood taste like I did on the other pizza I ate that was wood fired. 3/5 The Italian salad was made of fresh greens and included basil and some shaved Parmesan. The Italian dressing was bottled I believe but good. 4/5 This pizza restaurant is convenient by a brewery. If you indulge too much on the brews, you can get a bite to eat without leaving the building. If you are near Campus 805, aka former Stone Middle School, this restaurant is in the backside. The pizza underwhelmed me on this visit. I will return to try something else. 3/5

Truly the best dish on the menu, in my opinion. They were pretty busy but we didn't have to wait on a table. The fettuccini noodles are perfect and fresh. It's a perfect restaurant for my family and something on the menu for everyone.

We were really looking forward to trying it again. A bit disappointed on this trip. The food seemed just ok this time. The salad was nothing special and the taste of the food did not meet the high expectations from our previous visit. It was hot and tased ok, but not exceptional. The bigger issue was the service was not great. The staff seemed rattled. We were sitting right next to the drink station and could hear their chatter and frustration. In fairness, It was a Sunday afternoon and the church crowd had filled the restaurant. That may have contributed to the service issues and our disappointment.

This is an order-at-the-window pizza spot that offers pizza by the slice! You can find it inside of Lowe Mill on the first floor very close to the connector hall. If you enter by Pofta Buna, take a right and keep walking and you'll find it no problem. For the old hats, it occupies the former spot of Mountain Valley Pizza. The lady working the window was polite and personable. I ordered a simple slice of pepperoni but they have specialty pizzas and I think you can even build your own. Given the popularity of pepperoni, my slice was available almost immediately. The price was very reasonable! I enjoyed my pizza. The crust was somewhere between thin and regular thickness and had a very enjoyable chew. The pepperoni wasn't too oily/greasy and was slightly crispy, not floppy. For my preferences, I think it was too heavy on the sauce, but on the bright side it was a tasty and herbaceous tomato sauce that wasn't overly sweet. Give them a try if you want a smaller portioned quick lunch at the Mill, or if you are craving pizza. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Each giant slice was the equivalent of 2-3 slices combined. The flavor on both pizzas was very good and the lamb was not "gamey" or overpowering in flavor. The sauces are excellent, pasta perfectly cooked, portions are perfect for a left over meal (and it gets even better!), the service is really good and plenty of parking.
