I always order the fluffy on GF with no cheese, and he always orders the Italian on GF with no cheese. There is cross contamination, so if you are celiac, you can ask them to change gloves, use a clean knife, and keep your sandwich away from the others. We have almost never received the correct order without cheese the first time, but they don't make a fuss when asked to remake the sandwiches, and they are very apologetic. These sandwiches are generous with the meat and other fillings, and the pizza-crust-as-bread works so well. We also get their delicious potato salad with our sandwiches. The seating area is not huge, maybe ten tables, but we've never had to wait for one, and we often take our order to go. The restaurant is clean, and parking is fairly convenient. Even with the issue of having to remake sandwiches, I still rate Blake's a solid five star. It's consistently delicious, and I like supporting a small business in my home community.

The service and staff were very nice, the food just wasn't very impressive.

I really didn't know what to make of it all, and worried the food wouldn't be very good, since their focus seemed split in several directions. However, I tried several different things on the menu, and most of them did not disappoint. We split a Green Bacon Flatbread and Cajun Chicken Quesadilla, and I also got a side of mac and cheese and a strawberry smoothie. The flatbread was pretty good, although it did JUST taste like bacon. I ate it with ranch, which they do well. I suspect their other flatbreads (which they have a LOT of) are less one-note, but I'll never know, because I would just order this one again. The quesadilla was great, and the chicken was well-seasoned. They also season the outside of the tortilla, and I appreciated the extra kick of flavor. This came with sour cream and a salsa verde. The mac and cheese was mild, creamy, and chock full of pepper. Usually I like a sharper cheese flavor, but I enjoyed it. Smoothies were extremely cheap (under $5 for a 16 oz), but unfortunately we got what we paid for. They were wayyyy too sweet for our tastes, and not a lot of any fruit flavors came through. Our server was kind, attentive, and quick. The interior was very spacious and I noticed several people with laptops out doing work while they drank coffee. It's a nice space.

A fun atmosphere , that sometimes has live music, with great food and coffee options. Parking was not a problem in the morning. Service was top notch. I would definitely recommend coming here for brunch but I did see they also had lunch portions! I will definitely be coming back when I'm in town!

Can't say I knew for sure what to expect given the name, but paninis are its specialty. I guess it depends on your concept of what a panini should be: thin bread, toasted crispy on the outside, meat or cheeses or veggies (or all), on the inside. . . if that's it, then this is it. I had the Cuban, and it's the first food truck sandwich I've had where the bread didn't overwhelm the filling. Maybe because they used ciabatta, or maybe it's because they pressed it when they were heating it. Either way, the crispiness of the bread together with the meat and cheese made one heck of a good sandwich. Nothing overpowered the other. There was a generous portion of brisket, ham, pickles, mustard, and swiss cheese. If I had to find one ding, and I mention it only hesitantly given personal preference: the mustard. It added the right amount of flavor, but could have been cut by a third or so and the sandwich would have been even better. The truck itself is unusual for most food trucks. The wood sides with the panels separated by what look like colorful fishing poles (but aren't) looks like something you'd find at a camp or a hunting lodge. It's unassuming. If paninis aren't your thing, World Kitchen also has wraps and salads. It might be worth exploring further.
