This studio changed my life. I started at Inner Power…read morethinking it was just a physical outlet to do after work. Little did I know how strong it would make me physically and mentally and I stayed consistent and grew my practice to a level I didn't think I was capable of. The teachers here are so observant and pay attention to each practitioner. I never once felt pressured to catch up with the class but was taught to own each practice as my own. Johnathan has to be one of the best teachers I've been fortunate enough to learn from. Jayme, Michelle, Gretchen all have such unique and amazing teaching styles and make yoga feel like your own personal practice- and not a commercial exercise class. That is incredibly important to me. I can't recommend this studio enough. I wish I lived closer to take advantage more often!

The spa facility is all chic and luxury with many water treatments that I love: contrast shower, Sharko shower, floatation room, swimming pool. They have a steam shower, sauna, a salt room. Too many things to list. Their yoga classes are very popular. They serve wonderful lunches and smoothies in their cafeteria. My friends and I love going there!

Between relaxing in the salt room and sauna, working out in pilates class, and then indulging in a body scrub and massage (by Kim and Michael) we left the spa feeling refreshed in body, mind and spirt. Oh, and let's not forget the healthy AND delicious food prepared by Marta. I would have given ARIA 5 stars except the check-in process was confusing. They need better signage to direct people where to go.

I took a really good Sculpt & Flow class here one morning with Erin…read more The class was great. I had never been to this particular location before, and given the area demographics, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I actually really enjoyed the class and got one of the better Sculpt & Flow workouts I've had in a while. The class was pretty packed for 8 AM on a Sunday, but we worked so many different things and I burned more than 400 cal. The instructor was just super nice overall and did a great job motivating quotes and also demonstrating the moves. If you've been to a YogaSix before, it's the same jam: Flow water dispenser, restrooms, one studio room, decent heat. I would def return.

I tried the Y6 Sculpt & Flow class with Ellen and loved every minute!…read more This class was yoga with body weight, bands and dumbbells...in the heat. I love that they dimmed the lights, which set the mood. The music was loud at times, so a bit hard to hear the coach, otherwise perfect. They definitely take pride in their studio by keeping it clean. After each class, they go in and clean/sweep the studio. They sell alo mats, but everyone can bring their own mats or rent one. A drop-in class is $10, which isn't too bad. I didn't get a chance to find out about the memberships as I booked through ClassPass. There is plenty of parking directly in front and also shared by surrounding businesses. Would I return? absolutely!

Yurie was very kind, introducing herself and explaining the class to us before staring. She offered modifications throughout the class and as a first timer we followed well + felt comfortable. We received a follow up after about signing up for classes regularly but I explained we couldn't due to our schedules/distance and this was kindly responded to/respected which we appreciated too! Would definitely do another pop in/if my distance to the studio changes I'd definitely go regularly. The studio was clean and parking was easy too.
