I was in need of a batter terminal and called the garage to see if they might have one. The person…read morethat answered the phone who I later found was the owner was sure he could help so I went to the garage and met Tim a friendly and helpful sort. He did have a battery terminal and as I pulled the money out of my pocket which was $25.00 asking how much he said $25.00 seemed like a lot but you never know. I looked up the part online and he charged me about 3 times more than I would have paid elsewhere. I feel that I got ripped off. I feel I was knowingly ripped of . But the true loss is his because I have a Passat that needs repair and I thought I might bring the vehicle there. So he lost that business ,and his showed himself to be dishonest.

He said he would do the work the next morning and call when he was on his way. The next day, Friday, he didn't call, didn't show up, and would not answer his phone. I received a call on Saturday saying he couldn't get to me until the following week. It is now too late to get the work done before work on Monday, and I will miss a day of work sorting out the problems he caused by not simply giving me a five-minute phone call on Friday.
