First off, it's impossible to find someone to groom a cat in this area. We had a situation and desperately needed help with our long-haired Siberian. Unlike every other groomer we contacted, Furever Friends Family couldn't have been kinder, more generous, or more accommodating. They squeezed us in for a same-day appointment without hesitating. From the moment we called to set up the appointment our experience was wonderful! Friendly service on the phone and friendly service in person! We have a new puppy and tried the Halo system, but it was awful in our woods. The boundaries were never consistent and getting help consists of scheduling zoom calls which don't always work so basically you are on your own and we couldn't take the chance with a new puppy. Physical fences were outrageously expensive (one place quoted us $17K for 250 feet)! We decided to ask for recommendations for an electric fence and EVERYONE recommended Dave and now I see why! We called on a Monday or Tuesday and had an appointment for Friday! They were constantly in contact with us and have remained that way even after installation! That's a huge plus in this day and age when people seem to vanish after the sale! I'm thrilled that we found this great local company and very happy with how reliable it works and how well the puppy is doing with it! Our senior dog is 14 and he's doing great with it too! I followed traditional medical treatment for years using steroids, creams and shots which only helped on a temporary basis and her condition continued to worsen. I then changed her diet to a raw and grain free food and began a more holistic approach to her care. I saw improvement but not rapidly enough. After reading about the benefits of Chinese herbs and acupuncture, I searched for a veterinarian that used these tools in their practice. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Gurevich to treat my dog, and the results so far are more than favorable. My observatioan of Dr. Gurevich is that she is a very knowledgeable and dedicated young woman who clearly has a great love for her profession and the animals that she treats. She examined my dog and reviewed all her medical records and stated that she would work along with my preferred vet if I wanted her to. After her evaluation, she prescribed two Chinese herbs to help with her skin and inflammation and then performed acupuncture and laser which also treats her skin and paws. After two series of treatments and several weeks on the herbs, my dogs coat is beautiful, and her constant licking of her paws has subsided to where the fur is starting to grow back. Her energy level is astounding to me! She has the energy of a puppy! The best part is that Dr. Gurevich comes to my home to treat my dog which has completely eliminated the stress and anxiety factor of going to the veterinary clinic! I am so pleased and grateful that I have found Dr. Anna Gurevich. I highly recommend her services for alternative therapies in treating your pet.
