It's another dude. I tell him I gave the other guy $30, not $20. He proceeds to call first dude. First dude claims I gave him two tens, not the twenty and a ten that I actually gave him. Second dude says there's nothing that can be done. I am not going to go tf off over $10, but I wonder how many people they do that to in a day? I can excuse a mistake, I cannot excuse what looks to be a shady service.

While ringing up my items, one didn't scan, and I made a lighthearted joke: "Is it free 99?" I immediately added, "Just kidding." Laci responded, not playfully but rudely, with "Now it's going to be $5 for asking," in a tone that felt unnecessarily sharp and disrespectful. This interaction took place at Register 2, Transaction #7206. I'm not overly sensitive, but the dismissive attitude really caught me off guard--especially when I was just trying to enjoy a simple moment at the end of a special day. This isn't the first frustration I've had here. The card readers at the pumps didn't work properly for months--I had to walk inside multiple times because my card kept getting stuck. I was not asked what toppings I wanted before my burrito was wrapped. When I asked if there were any vegetables, the employee gave me an attitude and said they only had cilantro and onions. When I then asked for guacamole and sour cream (which are standard burrito toppings), she rolled her eyes and told me I should have said everything before she made it even though I was never asked and I haven't been there in over a year. I was spoken to in a rude and condescending way for simply asking for what I wanted on food I was paying for. I understand people have long shifts, but eye-rolling and talking down to customers is not acceptable. I let the cashier know. I'm not sure who manages the place and I was told, " Really after she's worked here for a long time?" I've been going there before the Green Burrito opened. Usually staff is nice and friendly. It was still early in the morning and not so much people were there and the lines wasn't too bad before the holiday. The prices are reasonable unleaded cost per gallon is $4.69. The premium gas cost $5.29 per gallon. Finally the diesel fueling cost $5.29 per gallon. The establishment was clean I was able to use the pump properly I was able to pay through my phone via the Sam's Club app and I was in and out and under 15 minutes. I am highly pleased with the service provided and their prices for gas definitely will be returning and the near future. And yes you need to be a member to receive the Sam's Club member prices for gas at the fueling station.
