The younger staff members that they hire seem to be in the 18 -20 year old range and helpful, respectful and cute as possible. They are great. The change from management has been rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful... inappropriate. In my experience, it's moved from a great place for families to get on the water to a party place with young kids, lots of string bikinis, uninterested management (except for their rudeness) and now boat shows and loud music. It's feeling like the managers have designed an odd party place instead of a great marina. And it's 1 step away from giving creepy vibes.

I flew in, drove straight to them to pickup new boat. Great. They didn't walk me through it, but I've been around boats for a long time, so not an issue. I'll figure it out. Literally the minute I picked up the new boat, they stopped answering emails. Wouldn't respond to a single email. I even emailed saying hey, I want to PAY, can got schedule me in for a service. Nothing. Not a word. I get an email from the manufacturer, asking me to rate the dealer, I obviously gave them the truth. About a week later, the owner, Ryan calls me saying that his sales guy quit on him. Locked him out of email. Etc. etc. He said he would make it right. He answered about 2 emails and also went MIA. I found a different dealer already and they'll handle my warranty work and service. I would stay clear of this dealer - plenty of dealers around that would go out of their way to make the customer happy. Repairs full Diagnostic in Mendota whom he asked to stay open for us. Then, ERIC called the local auto place for the part my car needed. They also stayed late for us! I called, the dispatcher, said she'd need to get a quote from her supervisor, then call me back. She called 10 minutes later with a quote for $195, sent me the invoice, and said she'd dispatch a driver. I paid the invoice, and did not hear back for almost 30 minutes. I called her back, she said the driver was on his way to pick up the lockout kit from their yard - across the street from the Pilot. Ten minutes later I get a call from their driver, he asked the year/make/model of my car, and said he'd be there in 10-15 minutes. Another 30 minutes goes by and I receive a call from their dispatch and she tells me her driver said he wouldn't be able to unlock my car because of the key fob being in the car - I told her this was the 2nd time I have done this, and it wasn't an issue last time. She once again said they couldn't do it, and her supervisor would need to be the one to issue me a refund because she couldn't - but was unaware of how long it would take to post back to my account. I called another tow truck company. The driver was there within 5 minutes, used the same lockout kit that was used before - with absolutely no damage to my car - and I was on my way within 20 minutes of my phone call to them. Also, for a third of the price! If you need ANY type of tow service in the Madera area, use Ron's!!! DO NOT USE THIS PRICE GOUGING COMPANY!!!
