Extremely Unprofessional and Repeatedly Misleading…read more I brought my car to Champion Collision on Diamond Avenue after an accident in June 2025. I was initially told it would be ready by July 18. That date came and went with no communication from the shop. I only found out it would be delayed the day before I was supposed to pick it up -- and this pattern repeated multiple times. Each week, I was told "early next week" or "by the end of the week," and every single time the car was still not ready. The worst part is I had to call them every time to find this out. They never once reached out on their own to update me or notify me of delays. The final straw came when a manager promised 100% that the car would be ready, so I drove over an hour from DC to Gaithersburg, only to be told -- again -- that the car wasn't ready. I also contacted their corporate office and spoke to someone named Jennifer, who was sarcastic and unhelpful, saying her "hands were tied" and refusing to let me speak to a supervisor. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had with any business, let alone a collision repair shop. I've wasted time, gas, and energy chasing answers -- and the job still isn't done. Save yourself the stress and take your car somewhere else.

Both times Felipe answered my questions and showed me what needed to be repaired. After the cars were fixed, he made sure I was satisfied. He did a great job both times, he is very detail oriented. The first time he saw that my dad and I were waiting after dropping the car, so he offered us a ride. The second time, he cleaned my car (yes, the interior!), which I have to say must have taken him a long time. So he is really great to work with.
