From that time is was 35 minutes to arrival, but shortly after the 20 - 50 minute estimate, the provider called me to give me a more precise time which exactly matched their actual arrival time. The provider was fast, efficient, friendly and the service call was free with the Subaru new car warranty coverage. So my cost was $0 plus the optional tip (which I was able to do seamlessly on Venmo). So, in total, this was an equal or better experience than any other service call I have previously utilized with other vehicles.

They gave me an excellent price for my four new tires. On top of that, my first rotation was free. I went today to have the rotation done. I called mavis and told them I needed decent all seasons as I drove 25 minutes both ways every day for work. They suggested tires that would run me around $900. Brought them in and got them out on. Soon as I drove home I knew something was off. Brought it back a couple days later and told them they were very bumpy and loud and the guys says well you shouldn't have gotten those tires. I am like these are the tires you guys recommended. Had a mechanic check it out and drive it around and said the air was a little low so they topped it off and it should be fine. Here I am three weeks later and my car pulls to the left, it feels like I am driving on a flat tire, and it is so loud I can hear it over the radio.
