I know to get that, the yolks must be frozen, then breaded and fried to be crisp on the outside but runny yolk inside. I couldn't interest my wife in this adventure, but someone else try them and let us know? Staff were all very hospitable. Free valet parking for a couple of hours, right at the entrance in fact. Value was reasonable and good quality, quantity and flavors were very good. It didn't blow us away, but we were not disappointed. The only crazy thing was $14 for a small pour on a glass of Chardonnay, but that's the way it goes for dining out nowadays. This was a decent choice for our dinner out while visiting Chattanooga.
