I leased a Nissan Leaf at this location and it was the worse experience and decision ever! Not only false advertising on the EV range but a poor quality battery. They gave me the impression that after 1 weeks of driving this vehicle there was nothing they could really do to get me into a reliable vehicle for me and my family. For the inconvenience the Salesman and a Sales Manager offered FREE charging on site for my vehicle. I guess my continuous presence at the dealership lounge bothered staff that I was just informed that they will be changing the code. In addition, a staff member in a firm loud voice stated to another employee that "yup we're changing the code". I will never recommend Miller Nissan. Went for a crank no start which was fixed. I requested a 21 point inspection which wasn't performed. Tire pressure was low they could've at least put the correct air pressure then had to jump start my vehicle when picked up. Sad part is drove it home & replaced the alternator the next day myself. I know there were services that could've been recommended. Service manage is a crook. Had malfunctioning with my leased vehicle which was under power train warranty. The service department said I could use a loaner while they tried to figure out the problem and that either my insurance company they themselves would cover the bill. After inspecting the vehicle they couldn't figure out what went wrong so couldn't have the power train warranty cover it and then the service manager hit me with a $600 bill for the loaner car while they were trying to figure out what happened. I believe the service managers name is Dan and will be going back to confront him AND would love to have a conversation with the owners as well since this LEASED vehicle has been sitting in the service department as I've paid for 6 months of a lease that I couldn't even use the car. They refuse to ground the vehicle either because they can't figure out what happened to the engine. So basically I am paying $275 a month for a leased vehicle I can't drive and plus I was shocked with a $600 bill for a loaner vehicle they let me use while they tried to figure out what happened. No rental agreement on loaner or previous discussion that it would cost me anything at all. I will be showing up with my lawyer to deal with this further as well... read more

I leased a Sentra from Paul Miller Nissan in 2021. My lease is up and I want to purchase the vehicle as I have had no problems with it and the gas mileage is fantastic. Unfortunately, the staff at Paul Miler have made it impossible for me to purchase the car from them. When I arrived at the dealership with my cashier's check in hand (I was given the pay-off amount by Nissan Finance), I was informed by a woman named Paula that the payoff amount was higher due to dealership add-on fees; not happy about it, but ok - I want the car. Then I was told I needed to go to their service department for a lease-end inspection (again, not notified beforehand). I went to the service department to see if they could do the inspection so that I could purchase the car that day and I was told it was a three-hour wait, but I could make an appointment and come back another day. I work during the week so I made an appointment for the following Saturday. I then walked back to "Paula" to tell her I would be back next Saturday for the inspection and I will be purchasing the car that day. I was then informed by a bald man that "we don't do lease purchases on Saturdays". I said that I do not work locally and the only day that I am able to come back for the inspection would be on a Saturday. The bald man told me, and I quote, "If you don't like it then purchase the car at another dealer". I was actually stunned into silence. NEVER have I ever experienced such poor customer service EVER. I do not recommend this dealership. There are so many other Nissan dealerships in Connecticut to choose from; make sure the dealer you choose values you as much as a current customer as they do a potential customer. read more

This place is a joke of a dealership and I'd stay away if I was you. Completely disorganised for starters. Went in to buy out my lease, was given the run around on a new car. It was to the point that they agreed on an offer I made only to turn around 20 mins later and tell me they couldn't do it. Went in with my own loan, told me they can beat the rate only to give me a higher rate than was discussed! Then there was the bs about paying an 150$ buyout inspection fee to buy out my lease, when I told them I wasn't doing an inspection for 150$ they tried telling me it was a state law. Looked it up on the attorney generals website, That was a lie and scummy way to try and scam someone out of 150$. All in all this place is horrible and I'd suggest you avoid them at all costs! They don't value their customers clearly! Read your paperwork before you sign, don't be a fool like me and trust what you discussed to truly be on your paperwork! read more

Terrible experience with the service department. Requested original suspension to be installed on my Coupe. They installed inferior NissAn strut assembly. The car drove like garbage from day 1. No part numbers listed on my repair order. Brought car back- I was told it's not their policy to give customers part numbers. Humm... really?... I was told my brand new Michelin tires were making the car handle so poorly. What a bunch of crap!... they did nothing for me. I had others contact on my behalf- my old mechanic who serviced the car and service manager from my previous shop... all to no avail. They were rude and so disrespectful. I can't take the horrible ride anymore and am having the entire system redone at another dealership. 100 percent deceptive from beginning to end. I changed my rating from one star to four stars. My first review has not been altered from original posting. First review is from first experience and second review is from second experience. First review: came here by appointment to service my car on a Saturday because Nissan had sent me a letter about an airbag recall. I had spoken to two people on the phone enquiring about my car being serviced prior to the start of the weekend. I had told them the issues with my car, etc. Both of the employees accepted what I said and one employee told me he couldn't do the airbag until a weekday (fine, I'll come in on Saturday for the other issues). So Saturday arrived and I brought my car in and told them again the issues with my car. They said that they would check it out and call me when they find any issues (I left for lunch). I got a call about an hour later saying they can only do my oil and that they don't fix cars on the weekends. I wouldn't have driven all the way out to Fairfield if someone had told me this in the first place!! Then, they told me that Enterprise can lend me out a rental car until Nissan gets their shipment of airbags if I don't feel safe in my current car. I gave my number and name so that they can call me when Enterprise has new vehicles in stock for me to loan one out. It's been a week and I still haven't heard anything from this place. I am so done with these Nissan service centers! Can't wait to buy a different brand. Second review: After posting my rating on Yelp, I received a call from the service manager, Greg. He was concerned about my experience and truly wanted to make things right. He spent a whole week contacting me and discussing the issues and asked for me to come in. They ordered the airbag so I didn't have to wait until the summer months to get the recalled airbag (and he explained that Enterprise is booked up). I came in (partially embarrassed because of my review and I'm sure everyone knew ). I was helped by Manny and he was great! I spoke to a lady in the waiting room and she even said Manny is wonderful...great customer service on his part. The service was surprisingly quicker than expected and my car is in much better shape than when I brought it in. Another reason why I'll come back to this service center is that they asked if I wanted to replace the taillight cover (which has been cracked for four years)...Bruce Bennet Nissan has seen my car several times and have never offered to replace the cover. Thank you Greg for taking your time to make up for the first experience, customer service goes a long way with me. The Nissan Rogue looks like a nice car. But buyer beware. Cheaply made. Mine had major issues and was just out of warranty, even though mileage was very low and vehicle was properly maintained and kept in pristine shape, inside and out. Dealership did not seem to care at all. Nissan corporate offices reviewed case and rejected responsibility for major transmission issue in a car with very few miles on it. Will NEVER buy another NISSAN again ever. Would never buy an Infiniti either. Pay a little more and get a decent vehicle whose manufacturer stands behind the vehicle. GOOGLE "Nissan Rogue Continuous variable transmission problems" and you will see lots of complaints. read more

My O2 sensor somehow disconnected while driving on I-95 (which I did not know at the time) and my 350 Z started bucking in all gears over 2 grand. I drove slowly to Miller on Post Rd. at 8 AM w/o an appointment hoping it was not serious. The service team looked at it and had me out in 90 minutes w/o charge. I went in last week to have some work done on my Nissan Altima. I can't say enough about the service. From my initial contact with Jeff the service Manager to Bet who greeted me when I pulled into the drive in service bay. The entire experience was seamless. They found a recall on my car and because it was going to take extra time (over a certain amount of hours) Nissan Corporate was able to offer a rental, they happened to have one for me on the lot my lucky day. Things have changed over the years and Service Dept. isn't what it used to be. Dropped my car off for scheduled appt in the morning. I suspected what the problem was and told them. 2pm hadn't heard from them so I called. Service advisor had to call me back. Yes, the problem is as I suspected. Great, asked what time the work would be done. Was told they couldn't get to it that day. What? So 4pm I pick up my car. They've had it all day and have done exactly nothing. Why did I make an appointment? In addition, they insisted I pay for parts in advance. I've never had to that at the dealership before. Too bad the older guys are gone. These new guys don't have the same level of customer service. I am on my 3rd Nissan and bought the last one from them based on positive Service experience. I realize it is in the nature of car salesmen and car dealers to not be completely honest, to change their deals, etc. etc. It is unfortunately a way this business seems to have evolved. However, I have never dealt with a dealership who is constantly rude to their customers, even the ones in the process of buying a car. Three years ago I leased a car from them, and my parents were with me and were also going to buy a car the same day. They actually made fun of my mother's current car (a beautiful three-year old Cadillac she was admittedly reluctant to part with) as she was talking about buying a Murano. She looked the guy straight in the eyes and said "you do realize I was just about to buy two cars from you people" and then walked out. Why we still leased, I don't know, especially since we were warned by numerous friends and family members of their experiences here. Almost immediately after signing for my lease (of which the terms had changed drastically from what they were when we first came in, but I was in a bind and needed a car ASAP unfortunately), we found out there was a huge issue with the model I had gotten and it was all over the news. We came in to get help and again they were very rude, saying there was nothing they could do. I stuck with the car for three years, and after one horrible experience at their service department, never went back. Until last week. I had to turn in my car and was now ready to buy. My gut told me to go to another Nissan dealer but this was the closest and I figured they would be the easiest to turn the car into. Wrong. The prices changed daily, the deal changed daily, paperwork that had the original numbers on it "disappeared," and they ended up being very disrespectful to me, my family and my SO (mind you this was AS we were getting ready to pick up a new car). I walked out and thankfully my family followed. It was not only the salesman who was treating us like this, but also the owner. Later on the salesperson kept calling my father directly and asking for forgiveness, saying he had a bad day. As a computer technician I have had so many bad days with clients, vendors, and even outside sources, and NEVER took it out on my customers. I don't care what it is, the customer is always first and you treat them with respect. We ended up driving off and heading up 95 to Napoli Nissan in Milford, CT which is where I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a Nissan in this area should go. In fact, they all knew our story: the salespeople all starting laughing (with us, not at us) when we started to tell our story, because we weren't the only ones who had come to them with it (not even the only ones that day). The sad thing is, the issues we had with Miller go beyond what I've listed above but I'd rather not even get into it. The only other thing I will say is that according to Miller, I was told I was approved for my loan without a co-signer (the cosigner of which would have been my father), but when we contacted Nissan financial for the car I got from Napoli I found out some disturbing information. Apparently my application at Miller was processed with not only a cosigner but a (in their words) "completely different person" as my cosigner. No one else I was with ever signed papers, so I'd really like to find out who they put down. I'm currently investigating that with Nissan. Save yourself a headache and please go up to Napoli. Even if you don't want to take my advice about it, just compare their reviews in a Google search and decide for yourself. read more

All i can say is buyer beware! I searched the internet for a ford f 150 Platinum and reviewed the prices listed on Garu. Miller nissan had a truck that fit the description at a good price so i traveled from New Jersey to Conn. When i got there the truck was not a Platinum it was a limited edition . It was in great shape and had almost all the same options so i purchased it. The dealer only had 1 key so i negotiated a second key into the price. I had to go to the dealer to get the key cut . At that point i was told that there was a factory recall on this vehicle regarding the master cylinder and that Ford would fix it at no cost to me. They did however tell me that it is illegal to sell a car with a recall on it. I called Nissan and spoke with Mike David and i was told that they were not aware of the recall and NISSAN would compensate me for my troubles and time. I have tried reaching out to Mike David approx. a dozen times . he is non responsive. After leaving numerous messages i have no recourse other then to write a negative review . The last message i left on Mike Davids voice mail i explained my frustration ,so this was my last resort. Mr. Paul Miller, The last thing I would EVER want to see on my birthday is an email for your dealership and especially from Kasha. I had by far the WORST experience with your sales department. I've removed myself from this email last year and I'm extremely irritated that this automated email was sent again this year. If my name doesn't ring a bell, the reason why I despise your company is because I was lied to multiple times from Kasha, your Sales Manager (Ken) and never received a call back from you, which I asked for repeatedly. Kasha sold me the wrong car, it wasn't even on the lot, she said I HAD to sign the paperwork in order for the car to get delivered to your location. I didn't want to, she said I didn't have a choice. When the car was delivered, it wasn't the upgraded car I wanted, but the paperwork was priced for the upgraded model. KASHA WOULD NOT GIVE ME BACK MY KEYS TO MY TRADE IN. She said because I signed the paperwork already. My lawyer told me that was a lie, and if I didn't drive off the lot with the car, legally I didn't own it yet. Kasha said that everything would get fixed... It didn't. I was then told by YOUR Sales Manager, Ken, that I should've called the cops on her. He also said it wasn't his fault that there was a language barrier, which is why she told me incorrect information. Also, I never signed my paperwork with your Finance Dept., Kasha took care of that as well. When I told your Sales Manager, Ken, to look at the cameras for proof, his response was, the finance lady said she met with you. Your company is a joke filled with liars. Your company also doesn't follow the law. If I continue to receive mailings from your dealership (snail mail or email), my lawyer will be getting in touch with your legal team. Leasing an SUV here was a horrible experience-I don't even want to give it 1 star! They gave me such a good deal on this car that I could not refuse it so I figured i would stick it out. I live in NY and this dealer is in CT and sadly, the salesman had no idea of the different regulations for each state i.e.: insurance info and registration info. I thought he would have researched this but no such luck! He almost sent me out on the road with a car without insurance b/c in CT you have a grace period, but not in NY (even thought he assured me NY has the same grace period but this is false). Also, everytime I took the 45 minute trek up there i was kept there waiting for several hours. Why you ask? B/c our salesman had no idea what he was doing and had to review every question with the manager. Next up-I finally get my car after multiple mishaps and they give me half a tank of gas. At this point I didn't say anything b/c I just wanted to leave and knew that if I did speak up another hour of my life would be taken from me. That same night that I got my brand new car- the check engine light comes on! I speak to the manager ASAP and he informs me to drive around for an hour and see if that fixes the problem. This is clearly not sound advice. I leave a message for the owner, who never bothered to call me back by the way. The next day the manager sends someone to "assess" the car. When he finally arrived 3 hours late he tells me he needs to drive my car back to the dealer to look at it. I did not allow this and took the car to Port Chester Nissan and they diagnosed the problem within minutes and ordered the part to be installed the very next day! Take my advice- DO NOT go to Miller Nissan unless you enjoy wasting your time and dealing with incompetence. read more

We were shopping for a new Lease, as our '14 Maixima Lease was coming to an end. We shopped other manufacturers and the Wife / Boss really wanted to stick with Nissan, so we shopped 4 different dealers. We had previously had terrible experiences with Bennett Nissan, and although they won the "Bidding war", we decided to give the deal to Paul Miller Nissan, even though the cost was higher. We ended up getting bounced around and had three different sales people, and knew something was going to get screwed up because of this. The first person worked the deal, the second person provided the road test, and we were told, would be the contact person going forward. This same second person also told us he "Would call Nissan to have our Lease return inspected, and to wait for the call to make the appointment", so we set a delivery date and time (11am).....3 days later, no call for an inspection, no answer at the dealership....emails sent to both first, and second salespersons.....first one responds "no inspection needed being we are going into another Nissan"....second person never responded. Day of delivery, we call at 9:45 to confirm our 11am delivery, we are now told that a third person will be here to handle the delivery, and it's okay that we will be late for our 10am appointment....10am ?....our appointment was 11am !....anyhow, we get there, look the car over, then head into Finance Office.....they had all the wrong numbers on the deal, and was expecting us to write a check for $800 more than what was actual...not really his fault, as too many people were involved....took three trips to Managers to finally get to where we needed to be....we almost walked out each time...."Maybe Bennet might have been the best deal after all" is what was going thru my head...three times "Put the plates back on our car, we are leaving". Finally get to the car for a demo on how things work...went way too fast...basically paired our phones and showed us the Navigation. We mentioned the car didn't have floor mats, and it wasn't on the window sticker, so the third person gave us floor mats for our troubles thus far....good move and much appreciated. We get home and notice no Cargo Net....Mounting Kit installed, but no net ?....are we missing something ?.....emails, and multiple phone calls made....will admit I did miss one call, but did call back a few times, no response in 3 days....guess they are done with us. I hope thier Service Department is better....we'll find out....not to mention, without an Inspection, we are at risk of being charged for damages before it gets to Nissan Auction, an exposure I do not welcome. They did write a nice little note and signed by two managers that the car was in excellent condition when turned in (13,600 miles), but will that hold any weight if some lot boy bangs it up ?. UPDATE: I have bumped up this dealership to 4 Stars based on the following actions. I was contacted by the first salesperson who apologized for what took place the day of delivery, as the second salesperson (whom was handling the delivery) quit that very morning without warning. I was offered an appointment at my convenience, to have someone sit with us and go over the car and it's various options. They also gave us a Cargo Net being the second salesperson said our car would have one (he was wrong)....a very nice gift along with the Floor Mats on the day of delivery. We had set an appointment for 10 am on a Saturday, and everyone was waiting for us to arrive to make sure our needs were taken care of and handled properly. I would like to give a shout out to Evelyn, Victor, and Brian for stepping up to the plate when it was needed.....I would highly recommend seeking these people out when looking to purchase / lease. I am still holding back 1 Star due to the miscommunication with the Finance Department that almost caused us to walk 3 times....extremely frustrating when the Finance Department tells you "We can't do it" when you show him the numbers that were settled on. For those who are searching the reviews, watch out for Kevin W......likely went to another Nissan Dealer, dropped out on us when needed....not a reliable person. read more
