    We had an appointment to look at a used car. After we drove over a half hour to get there we found out the car had been sold the day before.

I was so impressed that in 2025, I brought my ex-wife to the dealership, and she ended up getting an IONIQ 5. And honestly, that car is a showstopper. The futuristic design, the smooth electric drive, and the premium feel make it one of the most beautiful cars Hyundai has ever released.     We scheduled our 2015 Hyundai Genesis for a 52,500 mile service and asked to have it looked over…read morelike the 47,500 service. We arrived a half hour early and they took us right in. The service managers Jose & Omar we very professional. While in the waiting area, we received a video from the tech describing what was done and inspected. Three things were found, a stripped lug nut, the alignment tow-in was slightly off and they recommended a brake fluid flush. Considering the car had 51K on it, and was the original brake fluid, we agreed to all the recommended service additions. The did the alignment and brake flush in 2 hours, and had the exterior washed too! A very good experience. We purchased the car there in Sep 2024, and the car was originally sold there in 2015. We purchased the car w/38k miles. That also was a very good experience. The service experience very professional and courteous. Highly recommend them to any Hyundai owner.

    I brought my Silverado into Maritime due to it not being able to start correctly. I brought it here…read more3/21, and was told that the diagnostic results will be given to me by the weekend- leading to a call about the supposed issue being the cylinder and key. I received another call about their ALSO being electrical issues, and the technicians were going to check and see what was failing; therefore telling me I had to wait until next week to get my car back. After they figured out the trucks issues they gave me my price and I gave them the go ahead- they told me I should have my vehicle by Saturday, then by Monday, and then eventually today 4/1 I finally got it, but I can't say I'm satisfied with the results. The key fires right up- they also gave me two new ones, and the replaced cylinder works just fine. Since I was getting my trucks issues repaired, I decided to fix my broken cylinder on the drivers-side door. To my surprise I get a call saying that they replaced the broken cylinder, but it doesn't work because the rod and actual lock inside of the truck is broken too- ???? You mean to tell me that they opened up my door panel... and didn't realize that the rest was damaged? They still had the audacity to tell me they could charge me more to order parts and whatnot, and fix the issue but one of the parts was discontinued so it would be a little harder to find. Yeah, no thanks. This was a hard lesson to learn, but at least my car starts up normally. Lucas was great, but it started getting old quick. Hopefully I won't need to bring my truck to the dealer again, but if I do- it probably won't be here.

    The worst. I brought my 2019 Chevrolet Bolt in for what should have been a simple brake job and it…read morecost me over a thousand dollars and took two days to complete. I had previously brought tis car in for similar brake service less than two years ago and they didn't warrantee any of their work from that visit even though they had to replace the brake caliper that they had serviced before. I asked them if this new caliper would be warranted and the said "Two years". So why wasn't the original caliper covered? They just gave me the runaround and syphoned all the money they could. And here I am two days later. I just drove the car to New Haven and back, about 40 miles on the highway, and the vibration in the steering wheel has returned. When I got home I checked the temperature on the front wheels and now the RIGHT SIDE front wheel is too hot to touch! Previously, the problem had been on the left front wheel. Obviously, these idiots didn't bother test drive the car after doing their work and they didn't bother to check the right side when they were making repairs. Rather than throw good money after bad I will take the car to Brake Centers of America in future. I have attached photos of the temperature taken by remote sensor at both front wheels.

    I have been buying and having my Subarus serviced at Dan Perkins Milford but when my daughter…read morevoiced concern about her car and we live one mile from Garavel, I ran the car over. They were doing a full service which was more than Dan Perkins, They then showed me we failed the back tire alignment so I had them do an alignment. Again, more than Dan Perkins. And mind you, when I check in, I showed them right on the Dan Perkins website the pricing specials and the most they did was a $50 credit. Still paid more but that seemed ok until I was told the back break pads needed replacing. They quoted $500. Dan Perkins right on their website charges $350. Even with time and gas, worth saving $150 to drive to Milford. however, I let them do it after the service agreed to match the price. Go to pick up my car. Told it is $812 and then go to swipe the credit card only to find out that they charge for credit cards. This is not some small business. This is a major car dealership. It was lucky I had a check on me of I would have had to pay an extra $25 or come back with a check. Very sneaky not to tell you upfront when you drop off the car. Drive to Milford. Dan Perkins is the absolute best and they have a great waiting room with lattes, Capuchino maker, snacks, and will change the TV station if you ask. As a side note, I have bought three Subarus and every time the price was better at Dan Perkins than here. Go to Milford!!!!
