Was paid 6 figures to represent me, and lost me my home, my pensions, my hard earned money, forced me to sign away anything under duress, (while my husband, who I had an Order of Protection against, stood ten feet away from me, trying to intimidate me, while A VERY biased "mediator" helped push all the wrong things, telling me we would deal with it later, how was THAT ok?!) colluded with opposing counsel, scammed me for more money any chance possible, led me on, wasted time purposefully so I would not be able to make it right, I was very traumatized and he took advantage of that. Sent me to a cooked QDRO atty. months too late, who tried to double dip, got caught, and lied in paperwork. Also a "friend". Lied brazenly. Just so happened to be buddies with the guy who was representing the fake foreclosure of our home, which was in fact privately sold for cash right under my nose... was forced to hire a real estate law group, costing thousands, because he did nothing. Lied by omission, made court changes without my knowledge, made a personal choice about my money that was not his to make, based on his opinion of my habits, & openly admitted doing so. This man is without conscience, and his favorite clients seem to be women, I could be wrong, but if Im not- those who are easily targeted or able to be manipulated. Me walking straight into that trap was a very nice deal for him. One of his old best friends lived near me, his wife told me that he was worried for me. She wanted to tell me, but didn't want to upset her husband. Precarious siuation. But that alone said a ton. I could go on, but Im just going to say, how this man puts his head on the pillow at night with any freedom or peace of conscience, is beyond comprehension. SO many awful, shady, BS details, it's STILL surreal ten years later. Caused tax issues. Is affecting my future social security. Did not stick to agreements.And Im still out a surreal amount of wealth I worked very hard to accumulate. Harassed me. Played mind games to manipulate. The absolute worst. Run ladies, fast & far like your hair is on fire. And if you cant, record every conversation, in a legal way, and protect your derriere. This guy is only interested in his own. Now Im chronically ill with a young child, should be VERY, VERY comfortable, instead, I have to decide which one cereal we can buy this week. He ruined everything I worked hard to build. I lost my home, my boat, my cars, my pensions, and a VERY hefty amount of money aside, investments, my entire business, all my clients. He allowed my ex to buy my personal website, stalk me, the man stole my name, the list is SO long it's surreal. When I finally asked for full copies of my files cover to cover, he would not oblige until I was left with no choice but to call the Bar for legal compliance. My personal bottom-line take: Evil. He will push like a child to see what he can get away with. I don't envy life's karma for him. But that's betwixt him, God and the Universe, I suppose. Good luck with that, Kossack. Shame on you.
