I sent them…read moreone example of negligence in my case and one strong example of "Failure to Diagnose" that even led to the death of my wife. All they did is send me back a generic rejection letter with absolutely no explanation of why they wouldn't consider getting more information. Attorneys just don't care because if they did they would give a person the reason why they rejected them so they can learn from it for the next attorney they approach with their possible case. Attorneys only care if it's an easy case so their profit margin is higher, at least that's the only conclusion I can come to since not one attorney has given me a reason why they rejected me. Below is the "Failure to Diagnose" information that led to my wife's death I sent them and you people can be the judge and they're might even be people with a similar situation so they'll know ahead of time. My wife had a 5 month history of different infections and went into Banner Thunderbird hospital with CRP and Sed Rate extremely high which either another infection can cause that or things not related to an infection. The only early tests on my wife was a blood culture, tissue biopsy and bone biopsy which were negative but the infectious disease doctor was only "guessing" that it was the previous infection she had and didn't consider any other possibilities and just kept her on broad spectrum antibiotics. In 22 days they never found anything until it was too late and she died from septic shock. If that's not "failure to diagnose" then I don't know what is since Arizona recognizes "Failure to Diagnose" in a malpractice suit. With the infectious disease doctor going only after one theory shows not just failure to diagnose but negligence for not pursuing all avenues of why her health kept deteriorating for 22 days until the day she died

My case was taken by Gabe Kory and his Legal Assistant, Lorraine. Naturally it was a very emotional time for me, however, the two of them had a calming effect on me do to their compassion and understanding of the situation. My case was the sort of elder abuse/negligence case that Mr. Kory specializes in. Mr. Kory's expertise and passion for these types of cases is what resulted in my winning a settlement against this corporation far and above what they typically paid in restitution in similar cases. I whole hardily recommend Mr. Kory and his Law Firm to anyone that loses an elderly parent due to the negligence of a facility entrusted with the care of your loved one.

In particular my amazing attorney was Alicia Funkhouser. I also worked with Rebecca Ruiz. I cannot express enough how wonderful and hard working they both were! Not only did I experience a terrible car accident, but I went through a scary battle with breast cancer. These ladies were so compassionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable, committed to fighting for my rights and fair compensation. I was a client, but they treated me like a member of their family. They worked hard to settle my case while in the meantime still checking up on my health. I feel so blessed to have both Alicia and Rebecca representing me and getting me through such rough times. One million percent....if I know someone who needs prime representation....Alicia Funkhouser and Rebecca Ruiz will be who I recommend!!!

Wish I had looked at the reviews before calling these guys ‍…read more I have been working with Valley injury since June. I sent them everything they needed and requested immediately after they requested it so that they could get to work on my case right away. Every single time I call, the case manager is either: 1. Not available and I am told that she will call back and never does so I am forced to call back. 2. Asking me questions that I have already answered via emails that she doesn't bother to look at. 3. Giving me all of the same information she's already given me. The case manager has a habit of saying that she will do things and not do them until I call back to ask if they were done. The ONLY reason I called this firm is because they were directly referred by Lerner and Rowe (don't know how they pulled off that referral) and they are licensed in California, which, unfortunately my go-to attorney is not. If you are looking for a legitimate injury attorney with amazing service, hit up Kamper & Estrada. You won't regret it.

They sat on my case and didn't fulfill what I was told was going to be done then, after they got tired of me emailing all the time trying to figure out what was going on with my case, they said they no longer would be assisting me. And basically, I just said good luck to you. Oh, and don't even get me started on the communication or lack of, I should say. Never have I ever had a business or firm fumble so badly and try to wash their hands of the issue they said they would take care of. Now, six months later, I have wasted all that time that I could have been having another lawyer prepare my case and do what they say they will do. Horrible firm, horrible communication, and horrible character and integrity.
