The letter to creditors misspelled the estate name and wasn't submitted until I followed up six months later. Names were misspelled in the letter to heirs, and the closing statement contained multiple errors as well. Communication and follow-through were poor. I had to raise concerns about responsiveness more than once, and one document never reached the courthouse until I chased it down. When I disputed the accounting, I was told there would be a follow-up, but it never happened. After the case closed, the attorney's tone became snippy and unprofessional. Divorce, it is difficult to say the least (one of the most difficult things to go through) but you need a team to help you through the process.
