I contacted them at that time and said the tree was starting to yellow. I was accused of not watering it properly and no one has come out to see it yet, as of October 22, 2012. I called him again, two weeks ago. He rebuffed me on the phone and stated how busy he was at the moment... He told me to call him or send him emails to remind him to come and look at the tree.. Trim Pines is less than 8 miles from our house. This man and his daughter didn't hesitate to take our money which we promptly paid. I would warn others to be careful if buying from them. They show little integrity and care for their customers.

I was shocked by the attitude of the "employees" at the checkout. When I asked if they needed my phone number or tax ID she called the own who stated they charge tax to everyone. No discounts for ANYONE! Trim Pines Farm's prices are much higher then other tree farms with in a 20 minute drive of the church. We as a church nor our family will ever be shopping at Trim Pines Farm again.
