Our original florist unfortunately came down with a serious health condition two months before our wedding date and could no longer provide the flowers for our wedding. Fortunately, Gerych's had availability for our date on short order! It was more expensive than we had anticipated, but they were willing to work with me when I asked about cutting costs where we could. While I was initially concerned that the bouquets didn't look like the inspiration I sent, I quickly realized that they were possibly even better. Couldn't be happier with how they accentuated our venue and our photographs!

They set the atmosphere in the entryway, with an assortment of tea, coffee, and cookies to enjoy while you browse (edit: this may only be present during Christmas shopping season. Still, a nice touch!). It's obvious that every item in this shop has been deliberately chosen by the owner, and each one uniquely captures the natural environment. Cedar and sage scented candles, stone vases, tempered votives, long-stemmed glassware, handmade soaps... you could spend hours looking at all of the ornaments and decorations on display. Gorgeous, inviting, warm.. it doesn't even begin to describe the atmosphere that they have created in the 3 main rooms of the house. The Weed Lady is also a florist, with quite a large greenhouse in the back. Will definitely have to do more exploring here during the summer. He was friendly, an expert with the truck tree spade, and even spotted an insect problem with our existing evergreen trees and recommended how to treat them. I felt confident that they could deliver on my request for the $78.90 that I gave them. The bouquet arrived on the scheduled arrival day. But what arrived was very different from what I requested. It was a funeral-themed bouquet of white roses, unopened garish fuschia lillies, and an assortment of flowers at various stages of death and decay. I understand if their supplies were stretched thin over the holiday, but then they shouldn't have taken my order or told me they could deliver. They said that they would call me back and make things right. A week later, this is still unresolved. I'm in the process of getting some different flowers for my mom to make up for this. Huge disappointment.
