We came here the day after Thanksgiving and arrived at the perfect time! We didn't want to wake up too early but we got there around 10am- an hour after they opened. There are parking attendants with huge candy canes to help direct cars and take carts back. Once you park, it's a short walk to a table with greeters that hand out saws to cut your tree down. This is by far the best tree farm we've visited. Last year, we went to about 4 and although it's the farthest, it's honestly the best. Not all trees are tagged so you may have to walk through a few aisles to find one that you like. They have a donut food truck that sells mini donuts, with choice of toppings, powdered/ plain/ cinnamon sugar, hot chocolate, hot cider and even cider slush. Just past the entrance, they have a couple of portable potties if nature calls. When it gets really busy, it can be hard to find a wheel barrel for your tree, so it might be a good idea to bring a tarp so you can drag your tree or you can carry it if it's not too big. Once you get your tree, you get in a line to get the leaves, loose needles shaken out and then wrapped. Pretty an easy process... the only thing is the time it takes to find a tree and waiting for your tree to get processed. The price can be pretty pricey. The cheapest tree we saw was for about $70 and can go up to over $130. I would be happy with a costco tree, but the experience of cutting down a tree is pretty fun (plus the delicious donuts). We've brought our dog once and noticed there were a lot of pups along for the adventure. read more

So glad we found CCC! Took my brother's kids w us and we all had a blast. I loved how things were set up: park, grab a cart, staff tell you to look for tagged trees only, and point out difference in trees, then you're off! They have three types of trees: Fraser fir, Korean fir, Concolor fir, and a great selection! We walked around and scouted out many great trees before sawing our tree down, throwing it into our cart and taking it up front for a good shake (to remove dead, orange needles) and to be wrapped for the car ride home. There were about 10 families ahead of us and I'm sure we didn't wait more than 10-15mins! On our way out we stopped by the donut stand for a bag of fresh mini-donuts and REGRETTED NOTHING!!! I'm pretty sure I ate five by the time I got home, and told my husband I can't wait for next year!! I'm so glad we found a great place to become our new family tree-selecting farm, and that they're family owned and good steward of the land!! read more

Contacted the farm and was sent a refund. Owner was very nice about the refund and said it happens that one or two a year just don't do well once cut. It's very uncommon she said for the concolor to lose its needles so quickly like mine did. Appreciate the refund but docked a star because it was expensive compared to previous trees we've had, issue with needle retention, and very busy lines to wrap and get it cut. read more

The tree we got was the best looking tree, and at a bonus price under $100, the cheapest we saw. We cut her down and took her home. The tree stopped taking water after about a week and a half after setting her up. We started losing needles shortly after that. Dec 23rd: The tree is so dry, my 3yo running across the room causes a shower of needles to cover the floor. Ornaments starting falling from the tree about four days ago, luckily none have fallen straight to the floor and broken. We are taking the tree down two days BEFORE Christmas! It's become a fire hazard, toe sticker, and bulb dropper. We have a back-up fake tree that will be set up for the rest of the season, but the disappointment that our $95 real tree, freshly cut didn't last a full three weeks is real. My 3yo daughter thought she missed Christmas, when we told her the tree had to be taken out. We finally convinced her it was a bonus, since she gets to watch Christmas cartoons and decorate a second tree tomorrow. Home Alone and popcorn were her conditions. Accepted! I wouldn't recommend a tree from this lot. There were nice trees that weren't for sale and most of the ones available looked horrible and small. They were very expensive, and at least the one we got didn't last long. read more

This was my first experience cutting down a live tree so I don't have anything to compare it to. But I have to say it was darn fun! Pros: - Greeted by very friendly staff who helped us get started - Great selection, everything from $10 to $100 and up - Lots of carts, even on a busy day our group got 3 of them - Every tree gets shaken and wrapped - Beautiful wreaths and other greenery for sale Cons: - The hot chocolate left a lot to be desired - Super long lines to pay for the trees Bonus: You can bring home as many greens as you can carry. For the past 3 years this place has been a fun family tradition for us. There's a large variety of trees in different sizes. This year we splurged on a "perfect, rare Korean fir". It is so full, and the shape is such a gorgeous classic Christmas tree shape. There are no holes, gaps, or lopsided branches. They have quite a few trees like this. They're not cheap, but they do have a variety of prices as well. They use a special irrigation system that helps the trees to last. We always go the weekend after Thanksgiving and have not had any problems with our trees lasting past Christmas. The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Santa is there each year (not that our kids care anymore!) and they sell hot cocoa for $1. We always see lots of dogs too. It's a festive atmosphere, even if I do almost freeze to death each and every year. Note to self: next year wear a hat. When will I learn? It can get muddy there, so wear old shoes or something you don't mind getting a little muddy. Also, be prepared to wait in a long line when you go to pay. The guys who shake and wrap the trees are really fast and efficient. The checkout line always seems to take forever! read more

This farm is a magical place. All trees are responsibly grown using state of the art drip irrigation. They currently grow a vast assortment of the finest quality trees available. Frazier fir, Douglas fir, concolar for, korean fir to name a few. Each year my family goes hunting on his land to score the best Christmas tree and this year was no different. We've gotten our Christmas tree here the past couple of years. We love the large variety of species here, concolor fir being our favorite. The needles smell like citrus and they're so soft! It's ok, decent selection of trees. All are individually priced. You will not get a beautiful tree for $40, most likely $75-$85 including tax for a 7-8 foot. We got there 1 hour After opening on Saturday morning. Lots of carts, hired help was friendly and thorough. Cocoa was not free! Place was crawling with people and no carts by the time we left. Incoming people in the parking lot waiting for your cart as you leave. Might try somewhere else next year. A little too pricey and no hay wagon ride in sight. read more

Overpriced and Overhyped. Maybe I was expecting better because everybody raves about this place but I was not impressed. I wouldn't mind paying $80-$90 for a tree if it was super nice. Unfortunately after walking around for almost 2 hours we left empty handed. We went the first weekend in December and could only find a couple trees that might have been worthy of bringing home but they sure weren't worth that much money. Just Ok. Prices are fair: $70-90 for the typical Fraser Fir. No wagon ride or anything special for kids. Cider and hot cocoa just some lame Swiss Miss packets with hot water and they charge $1 each. They could def make it I more special at these prices. Came on a Friday late afternoon and it was not crowded. read more
