When I first came in, Cassie immediately complimented my sister and I, she was so expressive and SWEETTTT. She is super understanding, sweet, charismatic, and also awesome on the phone as well. Ashley, Eileen & Juanita are also awesome ladies, they're very relaxed, humble, and there if you ever need help. ANTHONY is also super helpful when it comes to finding the perfect lens for your eyes!! Also super helpful during your transactions! Rafael, the intern I believe, was also super sweet! Three weeks later when I received my glasses, they didn't fit my vision and Serrins had to re-do. Another three weeks passed and when I tried my eyeglasses, they still didn't fit my vision, in fact, the lenses got worse! Another 3 weeks went by and I finally called Serrins about my eyeglasses, to which the staff said that it was delivered to the wrong lab and that they're going to send it back to the correct lab. Frustrated, I decided to retrieve my frame back and go somewhere else where they know what they're doing! Overall, there were 2.5 months without my glasses! Unacceptable! (Granted, Serrins have some friendly staff in the office, I would NOT recommend them based on my personal experience.)

Dr. Feil did some more tests and explained what was happening in my eyes in simple, easy to understand terms. He is very thorough! Since I'm a Medicare insurance agent, I have spoken to hundreds of clients over the years about cataract surgery and how they felt pressured to pay extra for laser and upgraded lens. We had nice convo about cataract surgery where he freely shared his thoughts about the different options. Everyone made me feel very welcomed! I felt like I had been going there for years. Was there waiting time, in between tests? Yes. But nothing out of the ordinary. I don't mind at all and even relish the quiet moments. Overall, I woud totally recommend Dr. Feil!

The doctor took their time, was extremely thorough, and explained everything with a level of knowledge that made me feel confident in my care. What stood out most was how kind and present they were throughout the entire appointment. The exam itself was very comprehensive, and it's clear they truly care about doing things properly rather than rushing patients through. I've had some really terrible eye exam experiences in town at the last three facilities, and after leaving a doctor I loved in West Hollywood, I hadn't been able to find someone of that caliber locally until now. This office actually exceeds that experience, which says a lot. They also took my insurance and CareCredit, which made the whole process even easier and more accessible. I'm so happy to have found this office and finally feel like I've found my eye doctor. Highly recommend.
