I told the agent (Nicole) that what ever information she gave me I would go home a check it out on the cruise ships web site. No problem she said. She took her time, explained all the details, and answered all my questions. Sure enough the prices she quoted were exactly the same! About a week later, I went back to book my cruise. Once again Nicole was awesome! And she even got me a better cabin at a cheaper price!! I can't say enough good things about this business!! Nicole printed all my documents and luggage tags and helped me book shows and excursions. Needless to say they now have a customer for life!! Nicole and the entire staff are great!!!

The reservation site is not updated regularly, so why allow the transaction to go through? This is a scam. Now, I have to wait 48 hours to have the funds released. The same is true with Travelocity powered by Expedia. I tried booking the same package and received a message that I could not book it. Again, I was charged double on my credit card. It was a hold, but I wanted to use those funds for another trip. I must wait 48 hours for the pending charge of over 4000k. This is unfair and unacceptable to customers. Don't book on Expedia or Travelocity. You'll be sorry you did.
