Also when I called to verify my prescription... they would answer and put me directly on a hold and then hang up! I had to call 5x to finally get someone on the phone! The second time I called they answered after the 7th call! I honestly thought this has to be a prank because never in my life have I've been to a doctors office that functioned this way! The first red flag was the clear HIPPA violation! But I had already took off work and I was there! I expected better service considering being located in the woodlands! He handles tough health issues with gentleness and always has their best interests at heart. His two nurses, Ashley and Madison, are also treasures. DR Batista is seriously concerned about my health and making sure that I follow her orders. I need someone like that! Very professional and knowledgeable and has that caring personality. My appointment was fast since I checked in and had barely set down when I was called back. They also have a lab in the building where they draw blood, etc so very convenient. All-in-all my appointment was at 8:10 am and I had checked in, saw the Doctor, gave blood in the Lab and was sitting in my car writing this review by 8:45.
