Dr. Anil Warrier did not listen to any of my concerns, refused to look at my medical history, dismissed my abnormal testing results, refused to order any additional testing. I believe all because I am a veteran and have paperwork that needs to be completed. He wanted me GONE period. Even said, "I don't know what you have." Being told that I have previously been diagnosed and am experiencing symptoms, he shrugged.... I have never experienced such a heartless dismissal from any doctor anywhere... even military doctors. read more

Care quality is in the tank. Dr. urmeel Patel in particular could absolutely care less about any of his patients. He doesn't pay attention to patient concerns and farms you out to the doctors whenever possible. He's half asleep and it seems to be he's not quite retired physically, but his brain and his empathy are completely checked out already. Do NOT go here! read more

This place use to be do good. Dr Seymour was always on time and spent as much time as you needed to answer your questions. Nurses in the infusion area are the best. That is with 3+ years of being served by them. Good example is today. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30. I got a call from Dr Patel's office saying my appointment at 10:30. I get here a few minutes early as always and wait, wait, wait. Finally Hp ask and they say your appointment is at 11:00. Of course now it is 11:25 and still have not seen the doctor. Guess they figure we have no option except for die. Would look at another place if starting over. read more

Doctor Patel dismissed me as a patient in response to my request for advice. I told him it was insulting and manipulative. I was only being monitored for an extremely rare cancer, and I was betrayed by the trust I had given him. read more

It appears Millennium responds to negative reviews and suggests concern and willingness to discuss. Unfortunately, the buck stops there just as the many calls made to Millennium as a patient. Let me expand. I was a stage II young breast cancer patient with an aggressive cancer. I underwent surgery, brutal chemotherapy and radiation under the wonderful care of Dr. Seymour (back when efficiency & communication existed). The practice changed as did the care (Seymour no longer affiliated with practice), organization, communication and empathy. You literally wait hours to see a physician. When I last went, everyone literally had left the office! I had to come back to get blood work, the physician requested, including genetic testing. The paperwork was a disaster and insurance unwilling to pay. I made numerous calls to Millennium, including a call to the physician. No calls returned. I never received results from that tests. Needless to say, I have not been back to Millennium. Why would a cancer survivor, or any patient continue with care, when the care is lacking, yet utilizing the insurance and copays you spend for lack of care..... read more

Absolutely awful experience. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. As far as medical care, they're fine. However, their customer service skills are deplorable. I met with Dr. Seymour in August of 2020 after I experienced multiple superficial blood clots. Another doctor referred me here to rule out any blood disorders. Dr. Seymour ordered a lengthy panel of bloodwork and sent me to Quest straight away, conveniently located in the same building. As I was worried about my blood clotting, I didn't think twice and went immediately following my appointment. A few months later, I received a bill from Quest for over $3,000. I called my insurance and they informed me one specific test in the panel required prior authorization but they could reprocess it, the doctor would just need to send them some information. Sounds easy enough, right? Not. In. The. Least. I called Millennium, spoke with a nurse (apparently nurses handle billing issues in this practice?) They asked for a copy of the bill and said they'd take care of it. I brought them a copy of the bill, months go by and I hear nothing but then get another bill from Quest for the same amount. I call my insurance and they tell me they never received the documentation from the doctors office. A representative called Millennium, gave a nurse the contact information for AIM (who would handle the collecting of this information needed for the authorization). She evidently called and was given the runaround or asked to hold for too long. It wasn't clear the issue. My insurance called Millennium again and a nurse told the representative that there was simply nothing she could do. That was it. There was nothing she could do and that I would be stuck paying this bill because she didn't feel like waiting or going that extra step to help a patient. (As an aside, nurses already have enough on their plates and should not be handling billing issues, but regardless. That isn't my fault. If you're assigned to handle billing issues, at least TRY. I called my insurance again, after receiving another bill from Quest in August of 2021. They requested my medical records from Millennium and never received them. They informed me that I could request my records and send them directly to my insurance company. I did and the issue was resolved immediately. Again, I need to reiterate, this was a horrific experience. I am grateful my medical issue was minor and $3,000 is nothing in comparison to what some medical bills are. Had I been ill, I know I wouldn't have had the energy to deal with this. I am astonished at the lack of care office staff have shown. To Dr. Seymour, revisit your business structure. Reevaluate staff performance. Retrain them on customer service. To prospective patients, look elsewhere. read more

Staff either overworked or they just don't care. Hold time when calling is ridiculous every time. Noticed on visits that the girls in front are always laughing and talking - don't seem to be working. CT scan scheduled but orders were not clear. No one told me about Barium but found out by accident when they changed my appointment time. Also - Dr. ordered IV as well but it was not on order. Had to wait an hour for Dr. to arrive so they could do IV as well. Not happy with this place at all. These people have real problems and this staff is awful. The people at the new Conroe office said they have heard this a lot. I am referring to Shenandoah office. read more

March 12th, Mom was identified with cancer three places per CAT scan. We had the unfortunate experience of being referred here. First visit they ordered the 2 million dollar workup. Mom declined significantly over the next 7 days, three other physicians said hospice. Mom continued to decline and needed different pain meds. Dr Pachipaula refused to give any pain meds except one that was causing significant sideeffects "until he got the 2 million dollar workup " completed. 5 days later Mom declined more. We requested hospice but were refused. We FIRED MILLINEUM AND DR. PACHIPAULA. I would use someone else if you give a crap about your loved one. Office staff and this Offensive physician were not empathetic or compassionate. Mom died April 2, but we were told to perform all tests and come back April 3rd. read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Dr. Suki is an amazing oncologist! When I was diagnosed with stage 2 triple negative breast cancer at 35 I seriously thought I was gonna die!! He set all my fears aside, explained our plan on kicking cancers butt and less than 7 months later I heard those amazing words I WAS CANCER FREE!!! His entire staff went well above and beyond .. Yolanda made the impossible possible anytime I needed something or Dr Suki needed a test done asap!! I'm so blessed to have this awesome team fighting with me!!! read more

Worse service I've ever experienced. I had to wait almost 3 hrs to get lab work done. Staff are not friendly. They want let you get a copy of your lab results unless you make a appointment and pay for them. They said it was policy to make a appointment to get lab results when I asked to see the policy they couldn't provide it. They then change their previous statement and said it's Dr discretion to give you your lab results. They told me if you want your results make a appointment with the Dr and pay and we will give you a copy. Keep in mind all my results are negative they just want your money read more

Just an update on the poor service - I received a bill today 10/16/2019 for a $25 no show fee. It will not be paid - as my husband did show for his appointment. The incompetent staff was unable to calculate what he was to pay. We will not be paying for their inability to verify insurance benefits. read more

Dr. Berdayes is the PERFECT doctor. She treated me so professionally and explained everything so clearly. I was worried about my symptoms and she ordered all blood and tests necessary. Dr. Berdayes is friendly and made such an effort to put me at ease while asking me questions. Dr. Berdayes also did telemedicine with my 88 year old mother and made her feel comfortable during the entire process as this was very different for my mom. Dr. Berdayes is smart, friendly, and the BEST. Staff is also very courteous and take care of all the details so well. I have been seen by many doctors through the years; Dr. Berdayes stands out as an extraordinary physician! read more

Great facility. Doctors and nurses are caring and efficient. Dr. Khoury is awesome. Nice to have the lab and pharmacy right there. Unless you are there at lunch time, can usually get in and out of lab in 15 minutes. read more

Dr. Khoury's infusion nurses are professionals in their field and professionals when it comes to their patients. My experience with the ladies- they never let me leave there down in the dumps. They would make me laugh while I was being treated with my chemo and fluids and kept me upbeat with a positive attitude. My physician was great. He ordered a pet scan. and some business agent calls and says no? But he didn't just say no. He was condescending; snotty and a bully. I had written an earlier review that was scathing and after being contacted by an office manager and then speaking to her boss and later my physician I realized that it was none of their doing. They were understanding and apologized for the man who called me three times and upset me terribly. When you don't feel good and someone is fast talking and rude and sarcastic it is magnified a hundred fold. If not for him I would give 5 stars because the doctor and his staff and the two wonderful ladies from the business office were very, very caring and helped settle me down. I wish none of this would have happened. I did say in my earlier review( that I have now re-done) that I had nothing but praise for my doctor Seymour and his staff. This was never about them. I was so angry and hurt. I apologize if I offended anyone but for whom my review was meant for and realize I could have handled this better. I will not be using Millennium in the future only because the man was not fired. I hope he learned a lesson and treats all patients with respect from now on. read more

Well, my Mother-In-Law was diagnosed with a tumor in her lung in December 2017. Our local hospital in Conroe basically said yes you have cancer and pushed her out the door. After another cancer doctor was recommended we were told that they would be closing their doors in a few months. So we lined up to see this group. We went between two locations.. I have to say they were both pretty bad. I will not say the name of the doctor that we went to see but this doctor helped my now deceased grandmother beat lung cancer 2 times prior to her death. At first I was so excited that this same doctor could try and help us. After we started 5 rounds of radiation and were finally through with a much needed PET SCAN to see where else cancer may have been my mother in law got weaker and then we were asked by another radiation doctor to take her to a Woodlands Hospital. This is where we found out the tumor had an abscess and surgery was done 2 days later to remove her bottom lung portion. The Millennium doctor we first saw, we did not know until later someone else representing the group had shown up to see my mother in law. I tried calling both 1960 and the Woodlands offices and no one could tell me who that doctor was or anything else. After my mother- in -law went to rehab in a skilled nursing facility , then we went for another visit with this original doctor and she was saying how we needed to get her on track and we were losing valuable time in her fight. Now this doctor did answer back to my brother-in-law a few times about her condition and as a last ditched effort the doctor did go back and look at her scan and give my brother-in-law a few encouraging paragraphs to share with the whole family with her condition.Well duh! I had not gotten any call back from this group except when one girl called me to see if she ever got her port installed. Last straw was when we were leaving the Woodlands office and the office manager met us at the desk to only tell us that the doctor could not see my mother in law anymore because it was a conflict of billing because she could barely walk and had skilled nursing helping her and Medicare was involved. , and finally OK well this is not something to discuss in front of a cancer patient and or other patients walking in for their doctor visits...I was furious!!!!! How professional... Not!!! Well, my mother in law lost her battle on February 27, 2018 due probably to her heart... or maybe it was cancer or lack of Phycian and staff of both locations not being more thorough or concerned!!!!
