Office NEVER answers the phone, goes straight to a voice mail, which says they will charge you to leave a message before 1pm. Then you leave a voice mail. Because that is the only way to even have a say or ask questions. You get a call back usually 1-2 days later and they say they don't know will have to check with the dr and never call you back. Dr. Berdayes seems good when you talk to her but, then everything she told you she was going to do never happens. They say they sent RX to the pharmacy. But, the pharmacy never gets them. Called Dr office several times for this. Left messages. A month later still no RX. Home nurse even called and left messages. Then end up having to go back to the Dr. They ask are you still taking RX. Well, I would be had I ever received it. Oh, we sent it. X and x date. Yet, the pharmacy never received it and her office never called back saying they resent it. Dr. Says. Okay we will resent it and print the RX so you can have a copy and give it to them just incase they say they don't have it. Leaving, no RX printed. Ask about it at the front desk, oh we can't print the RX. (Already not doing what was said they would do) I was not leaving with it printed told them to go ask the Dr. They come back, oh, I found it. While I was talking to Dr, Berdayes I ask her, why I am going to be charged for leaving messages. Ridiculous! She says oh, I didn't know it says that! I told her to call it and see as she kept saying it was not her office phone it must be the answering service phone. Well, your office never answers so it always goes straight to voice mail. So regardless of who's voice mail it is. I don't care. It says it is going to charge me. She says again I don't know it says that. I tell her to call the number herself to see what we're dealing with. Now mind you, reading the other reviews, this has been a complaint i see here for at least 3 years. You can't tell me you don't know about it. Also, they insisted as a new patient we come in to see her, even though not sick. This was December. Explained insurance does not start until January. Explained that to her several times. She says it's okay it's just a new patient get to know you visit. Via video conference. Then the next month. Get a bill. Now they wouldn't see me until I paid this. (I believe it was to get more money) otherwise the visit should have been scheduled in January as per my request when my insurance started. Between the office charging for any and everything they can think of, and the front office staff, mistakes! So they say mistakes, seems too convenient. I think they are busy and don't want to do to do their job, because they are so busy!?! Well, if you answered the phones and did what you were suppose to in the first place, you wouldn't be so busy. People wouldn't have to keep calling for weeks months to try and get something done!!! All the reviews I read prior are accurate. Drs. Seem good and knowledgeable, however, you can never get the treatments they mention for weeks, month because you can't get anything done. IDK if it is staff or Dr. Or Dr. And Staff. When your sick and trying to get help, it doesn't really matter! When I mentioned it to Dr. Berdayes she was full of excuses and dismissive. If it were my practice. I would care! Get new staff if you have to. If you don't correct it, then it's you!!
I wish it would get fixed, because if it weren't for the over charging and "mistakes" and not answering phones, I think it could be a great practice. read more
