It would have taken two weeks to get in with my PCP, and I knew I'd be better by then. When I called the usual urgent care I go to, the wait was 45+ minutes. I saw this location had appointment times, so I booked it and completed the paperwork online. For starters, it's absolutely spotless. There was 0 wait time, and the staff were professional and friendly. Unlike most urgent cares, you could tell they cleaned and sanitized the waiting area quite often. Once I was called back (10 seconds after I had checked in), they took my vitals and ran some tests (flu and Covid). The nurse and NP were so kind and asked detailed questions of my symptoms. I never felt rushed during the appointment, and they'll also write a "return to work" letter for your employer. I was quite impressed and will definitely return when I need prompt care.

I had called them later that day to let them know that I never received my ID. They told me that they were gonna mail it out to me. so today I had called to follow up with it being mailed out to me. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude so I matched her energy and then she hung up on me, I called back again asking what her name was. She refused to give it to me said it's not my business finally confirmed that my ID was mailed out. That was all I was looking for. will not be returning, unfortunately, even though that the experience inside this Urgent Care was great. She knew I was gonna complain about her and I really would like to put a complaint in with management.

I never look forward to ending up at one of these places (it's usually not a good situation)…read more... But, the staff here was absolutely wonderful, and we received excellent care. From the sweet lady at the front desk (Kristina) who made registration quick & easy, to thoughtful Nurse Rommel, who gifted us with a small teddy bear as a brave patient prize, to kind & gentle Dr. Bechtel, we were seen by quality practitioners who gave prompt attention, treating our situation with professionalism & empathy. Being an over-protective parent, we felt it better to be safe than sorry and came here after our toddler got too curious for her own good. The clinic is open 24/7, so we were thankful to arrive after 10pm with little wait. Dr. Bechtel was not dismissive about the situation but offered light humor, comfort, and reassurance. They kept our kiddo in observation with us just long enough to make sure she was okay and marked our visit as "urgent care" (versus an "emergency") to ease the financial burden. Don't want to repeat the situation any time soon, but this will be our absolute go-to if a medical emergency arises again. Highly recommend this place and appreciate the staff who took care of us that night.

I felt comfortable and at ease right away due to the amazing bedside manners. I want to thank Dr. Lorentz, JJ my RN, and paramedic Will for wonderful care. Dr. Lorentz was very thorough, caring and informative and JJ was made sure I was comfortable at all times. The facility is clean, bright, in a convenient location, and they take Medicare. Elyse and Lindsay who worked the front desk were polite and courteous. Although I can't say it was an enjoyable experience as I felt pretty crappy I will say the staff at American ER made it as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended. Theresa L. March 8, 2026
