If I could give no stars I would. They've always been a cab company you would have to pay Me to use, dirty cars, drivers have their girlfriends with them, but the worst thing they've tone lately is this. My husband used them last week, he was picked up by a driver who had his girlfriend in the cab with him. After my husband got out of the cab he realised he had let this cell phone in it, he called his phone, it rang out twice then suddenly stopped ringing, someone pulled out the battery. He rang the dispatcher and was told the driver was too busy to come back. Eventually the driver came back, his girlfriend was gone and so was the phone. Unfortunately we can not prove she took the phone, but you got two people sitting in the cab with a ringing phone and then you have one person and the phone gone? Absolutely disgusting. I'm going to be filing a complaint with the TLC about this company for a variety of things not just the phone. read more
