An easy house to clean, it takes two people 4.5 hours- they did it in less time by skipping many things, and charged the same. Their prices are overly high, even more than the usual Santa Fe upcharge. Very disappointing to see the usual sloppy work from an owner who initially seemed to have her ducks in a row.

Called several landscapers on yelp. Mencos was one of a few that responded same day, and the only…read morethat was able to schedule a visit the next day for an estimate. I had a ~10' conifer that I needed a price to transplant from the front to the back yard. Obv. having this done would only make sense if the cost to transplant was less than just buying a similar tree to plant in the back (then cutting down the one in front)[sorry, but as much as we like the current tree alive, it had to be an economic decision]. Short version of the story: I was quoted a very reasonable price to have the tree moved/transplanted, Mencos' crew (5 guys) was out the next day, and did a fantastic and quick job. Took them about 1.5 hours to dig out a big root cluster with dirt, strap the tree to a beam, and lug it to the back and re-plant it. Even shorter: I'd definitely hire them again for any tree work or landscaping, and plan on getting them back out to do a drip irrigation system for the front once we have it all planned and planted out.
