The baseboard wasn't cleaned nor the toilet bowl and the floor got a quick once over. I requested an organizer for 1 bedroom, the person was exceptional!! My biggest complaint was the fee. I was quoted $440 and what a surprise when he charged me $597! I would have appreciated if he told me when he was "here this is an up charge". Sadly we weren't able to keep them because of financial constraints and by the time we were in a position to be able to utilize them again they had a full book of business. We moved into our present house and with a few months I needed to have surgery that put me in a wheelchair for 6 months. It got to the point where I needed help keeping the house clean, so again, I called Magnifica. They come in weekly now, like a mini-tornado, washing, vacuuming, dusting and mopping.
