We turned them in to The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for forcing us to pay a bill that was over 7 years old and was paid, but my husband didnt know that when they were refusing to see him. the worst experience i've ever had in a doctor's office / clinic of any form , 100%.wouldn't even recommend them to an injured insect. waited an hour in a room AFTER having my vitals taken , so i check in on a time estimate , and im told that they had the room number i was in wrong. then , after listening to them joke about them screwing up the room number , the nurse assigned to me came in with a ridiculous attitude , didn't know how to explain what she was doing or what she was giving me , got frustrated at my concern , then left and told the provider that she wouldn't be coming back into the room. i genuinely wish i could rate them a 0 , please just save yourself the trouble and look into another clinic. read more

I've been with this group for 7 years and did I see such a dysfunctional company as they are now. My recent visit to the er is proof. A representative assigned at Shorepoint spoke to me for 15 minutes with all kinds of promises to help me with my stroke and I never saw or heard from her again after 4 days and my phone calls to a anonymous person. The app and website offers no contact information at all. I feel sorry for all the doctors who work for this company because they are frustrated too. I need home health they promised now and they're not here or at least calling me. This a bad greedy company only. Horrible place. Front desk receptionist rude and nasty. I heard her talking about me to her coworker and saying terrible things. I was very light headed and thought I was going to pass out to I sat on the floor. They didn't care, didn't check on me. I ended up in the Emergency room on IV antibiotics. I did call the receptionist a bitch after I heard what she said about me. I do NOT recommend. I walked out. Second lady came out and was berating me like a 6 year old as I was LAYING ON THE FLOOR. Waited 40 minutes to see anyone about my wife's injury. We had a 2:30 appointment and didn't see any medical personnel until 3:10. This is ridiculous the way they make patients wait. They must think our time is not valuable. Florida health care in general sucks. Will not come back to this place again. I had to give this one star because it forced me to. You deserve zero stars. I went in on a weekend for urgent care and was in and out within an hour. Their staff is INCREDIBLY friendly, efficient, caring, and informative. I have never been to an urgent care and felt this much at ease and confident I was being treated with attention and competency. Their office is all electronic as well which makes our lives as the patients even easier. As someone who works in the dental field I really appreciate the ease of check in/payment/ability to review visit notes & results. Thank you! read more

Walked into Millennium at 6:15 PM on 05/22/2022. The clinic closes at 7PM. I was greeted at the window by "Lori Ann". She was very rude and told me the clinic could not treat me. She told me to go away and come back tomorrow. I told her I had a hearing aid cone stuck in my ear and it could get infected. My wife told her that it was 45 minutes until they closed. She told me to have a seat. After 30 minutes I was treated by a doctor. He didn't bother telling me his name. He shined a light in my ear and told me it was clear. I told him I could feel it it in my ear. He insisted my ear was clear. After two days of pain I went to a VA clinic and had the cone removed. I will never go to the clinic again and suggest you don't either! read more

I had an 11 o'clock appointment Saturday March 19th 2022 .. they took me in my room at 11 and I was in room for 2 HOURS. ..everyone without appointments was seen before me and left before me. .I questioned twice why I wasn't seen before people without appointments and no one had an answer . After 2 hours of sitting I left without treatment and went to the ER. Horrible staff. I had to wait 2 months to get the earliest appointment possible. I needed to see a doctor for school so I can begin taking classes. The day of my appointment they call me and say the doctor isn't coming in and I have to "reschedule" for another month out. Very unprofessional and I think anyone who is thinking about going to this practice should reconsider. read more

If I could, I would give it Zero stars and I'm not even a patient. I couldn't even get that far. They never answer their phone, and may never return calls so I can make an appointment. I have been trying for almost two weeks now. I am so aggravated that they don't really care about my health. If they treat me this way I can't imagine how they treat their actual patients. I was in the walk in clinic yesterday to have three stitches removed. I was told there would be a wait, which I was fine with. After an hour and a half I went to check and see how much longer it would be and the receptionist (who was very snippy and rude to me when I first checked in) said yeah you haven't been called yet because I forgot to hit send when I checked you in. She didn't apologize at all and seemed genuinely annoyed at me for her mistake. I paid my $15 copay and then received a bill for an additional $99 because they said it was a complex issue. It took the doctor less than 10 minutes to pull these stitches out and there were zero issues with the process. Please don't go here. read more

Had a 4:15PM appointment for today. They called me around 3 PM and said the Doctor was running behind and asked if I wanted to come in ar 4:45PM instead so I didn't have to wait in the office so long. I agreeded and arrived around 4:40 PM. I then waited until 5:45 PM and still no Doctor! I was in pain and not feeling well. So I left. I'm experiencing an excruciatingly painful gout attack and I can't get a response from my doctor? I'll be switching doctors asap because of such desensitized patient care. I called Millenium walk in for an appointment, they say we only take walk ins, So I drive there, go in, receptionist says oh we have appointments rest of the day and we're filled up. Could not select no stars. I have been denied a blood test, unless I wear a mask into the laband sit with 1 or 2 other patients, who are sitting at least 10 feet away. I was vaccinated 6 months ago. If they are worried I am a "carrier", then have unvaccinated people wear a mask! Or, schedule each at different times. I have Cancer and need to have blood drawn before seeing my Dr regularly. They also instruct all their doctors to require masks at office visits. I saw 50,000 football fans last week, cheering and mingling, and no one was wearing a mask. I get that those with underlying health problems are more succeptible, and they should work out a better schedule in order to help ALL patients. Whatever happened to "First, do no harm"? After a year of being followed by my primary care doctor, the doctor was barely familiar with my issues, did not care to seek my files from doctors I was referred out to, and was combative about my health concerns. My file was full of inaccuracies and contrived data. Going so far as to compare her issues with mine. Apples to oranges and highly inappropriate. My new healthcare provider has amassed all my files within a month and they are fully cognizant of my issues. Good riddance. read more

This group is getting too complicated to best serve its patients. They send you all over the place for different services that could be efficiently completed in one office. This is costly in terms of personnel usage, overhead, etc. One can't get a simple vaccination without going through multiple administrative procedures that waste time and resources and accuracies. The physicians are great but administration is a huge hinderance to their performance as medical providers. Vaccinations are more simply obtained anywhere else. It should be rightfully attainable at one's own physician's office. read more

This was the best experience I had at a walk in clinic. I was seen quickly and during my wait the staff continued to inform me where I was in order to be seen and that a doctor got called out for a meeting so I wAsn't just sitting there guessing. Never had that happen. Usually you just sit and wonder is it gonna be a few minutes or a few hours???? They sent over scripts to my pharmacy so I didn't need to drop them off. Five days after taking meds, I started feeling symptoms again but on other side of my throat so I called to ask what to do??? Don't have insurance so another visit would mean another $125. Jonathan took down my info and an hour later I received a text from Walgreens that my new script was ready! I later received a call from the Walk in staff they were making sure I got the script before they were able to return my call. I just feel like for a walk in that usually doesn't have the history or relationship with a patient that they treated me like a long term patient not just a one time walk in. I would definitely be going here when I need a doctor again. And recommend to anyone without insurance or established physician . read more
