Sat in the lobby for almost an hour past my appointment time while they helped at least a half dozen people who had walked in after me. At about 10:15 AM, I got an email telling me my appointment was cancelled and that I'd need to reschedule, WHILE I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM. I am going to skip the details, other than to say I never saw my PA, she was AWOL from the practice, one person telling me she was scheduled off, the other telling me she didn't work there and never had. Dr. was not available - out of the office until October. Office manager was not available - hadn't come to work yet, at 10AM. If there was a way to give negative stars, I'd be doing that right now. Already found a new practice to see, they're finding time to fit me in Monday.

My prescriptions had completely ran out and I need at least a re-up on my Dexcom monitoring device, which has nothing to do with my blood sugars other than monitoring. The nurse told me I have to be seen with bloodwork done. I told her I am in debt with LabCorp and I couldn't afford bloodwork at this moment. I just need sensors prescription re-up that will give me time to pay off LabCorp and get blood work done so they can assess my insulin needs. I've always understood the protocol and I don't have a problem with it. With even the fact that I am in a hardship situation financially she still would not do the prescription or talk to anybody about it. I have never been retreated so coldly and rudely to have a protocol put above my life. I would've even have taken a sample but no, I guess it's either get your blood work done or die. So I hope anybody reading this understands what they're getting themselves into when they go to this doctor's office. Dr. offices are supposed to help people not make things worse. I've always been a good patient for them and now it seems I am not.

It was obvious my baby was coughing, congested and was miserable. The doctor didn't even suggest a breathing treatment or oral steroids for immediate relief, but sent to our pharmacy which would cause additional time for relief for my son. That is where the tables turn .......i layed there in the ER for twelve hours from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm waiting to be admitted and brought up to a room. Little did I know it was down here from there. After several days and missed medications and drugs I did not want it came down to where they would not release me until I told them I needed to see a legal representative from the hospital NOW. I was released shortly after thereafter and it has taken me nearly a week to recover physically and emotionally from the ill treatment I endured at this facility. It's hard to believe that in this day and age that this shoddy treatment of patients exists. I have spoken to several people that also have horrible experiences at this facility.
