My grandmother was staying here for rehab and, while visiting her, I've realized that this website does not properly represent the living conditions or staff. The outside looks nice, but my grandmother's room was filled with fruit flies, despite no food being in the room. The rooms appear similar to hospital rooms, but they don't appear as clean as they should be. The website boasts a nice dining facility, but my grandmother was given a hot dog and cold baked beans, while I ate mush vegetables and meatballs that did not taste like meatballs. There were only two dinner options, both of which did not resemble the food online. The appearance of the dining facility was also disappointing. The table cloths and napkins were stained with food and the silverware barely looked washed. The staff was INCREDIBLY rude to my grandmother and didn't even address me. They snapped at her instead of being patient and argued with her when she couldn't remember what she ordered. She has memory loss issues. Also, the staff were repeatedly on their cell phones and ignoring us. Nutrition guidelines seem completely ignored and I'm disgusted with the attitude of the staff. I would not recommend that anyone place a loved one here for rehab. They have the nerve to call themselves five star when they are far from it. I also find it interesting how their website only has good reviews, while other websites have reviews similar to mine. read more
