They have the cleanest and well stocked bathrooms I've ever seen. And the air freshener smells great!!! Seriously.

BEWARE! Besides the fact that they don't put prices on anything, they are the highest Chevron in the area. And they often charge different prices on the same item depending on who is as the register. BUT! All of that I can overlook in a pinch, but charging for items that I did not purchase is either a cashier scam or not paying attention. I can overlook one mistake, but when it becomes a trend, there's an issue. I let this go for far too long without ever saying anything. After reading the comments here and seeing that others have experienced it too, I realize that there is something going on and I need to speak up. Be vigilant at the register if you have to go there. read more

On My diesel at 8.99 a gallon. The highest I have seen anywhere. I paid 6.99 elsewhere. This station is just price gouging.

I'm so tired of this place. Every time I go to get my propane tank's filled I am always turned away. They never have enough staff. Always one person only so they can never leave the store. Also employees couldn't care less about actually helping you. read more

I spent over $100 in gas with a card. I walked inside and asked if I could please get 4 $5 bills for a $20. The clerk told me I needed to spend money. I told her I was getting gas right now. She looked out at my car with the gas nozzle in it. Then she looked at me and said "I am not a bank. We don't give change. If you want to spend money, I can give you change. I'm not giving you change otherwise." I reminded her again that I was getting gas with money outside. The change was to tip the parking lot attendant cleaning their grounds. She was the epitome of RUDENESS. I asked for her manager's number and name. She said nobody was in today and never gave me a number to call. So "ROO" I will post on this review so your leaders, and all of society, can see how stellar your service is. I've been coming to this gas station since it was built. I have NEVER experienced you, or your poor service. I hope I never do again. By the way, the gentleman at Toreado (in your building) was nice enough to give me change without spending money at his counter! read more

Great place and great location. Always there in a pinch when I'm hungry, thirsty or need smokes or dip. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Mexican grill is always very good and the girls at Subway are always on top of everything. read more

This is clearly the worst managed Chevron station in Northwest Bakersfield. Pumps are always malfunctioning, the squeegees are in terrible shape, the fluid the squeegees are in is just water with no detergent, and good luck finding any paper towels. The car wash is overpriced and not thorough, and the vacuums are a joke. Do better please. read more

If I gotta get gas here , it's only enuf to get me to another station Screens don't work, trash is always filled, mobile pay don't work at da pumps Needs a pressure washing big time. I love this gas station! Everyone is always so friendly! The Mexican food in there is outstanding, and the chili verde is too die for!

The bare minimum that I would like is, for it to be open at the time it says. 9 times out of 10 this place is never open on time, then when it finally does open the workers from the morning shift have attitude. Gas Pumps don't work half the time. Floors are always dirty and staff are never friendly. Wish this place was a Sully's instead. read more

Always ask for receipt! Either this is the most expensive gas station shop or they're up charging people who don't ask for receipts. A couple weeks ago they charged my husband $35 for a 24 pack of Michelob Ultra, my husband wanted to say something but didn't want to cause a scene and there was a line of people and didn't want to keep them waiting. He said the two young men at the register seemed to be having issues ringing it up and then apparently the receipt printer was broken. How convenient. Today I had to grab a couple water bottles for my kids, we were already running late so I was in a hurry and wasn't really paying attention, against my better judgment I declined the receipt and now I'm currently wondering why my 3 20oz water bottles totaled out to $10, we didnt even get the fancy brands. At the end of the day, even if they didn't try to secretly up charge us and these are the legit prices this is the most expensive place to stop for water and beer, save your money and stop somewhere else. read more

So AGAIN I drive across town for their cucumber watermelon water and guess what?? It's EMPTY.... Then I ask the red headed lady sweeping behind the restaurant counter and she without checking said it's frozen and will take two hours. I have had them refill it for me and wait like five min and NEVER has it been frozen. And hypothetically what if it is frozen shouldn't you be keeping an eye on dispensers and defrosting it as needed instead of just letting it sit empty all the time. I'm so done with this place. You can totally tell the owner is not here for day to day operations. Stopped to get a quick bite heard some fantastic things about the Mexican grill and wow I was highly dissatisfied from what my peers told me. The Pico de Gallo tasted awful.Tomatoes were spoiled. The asada was pure fat and extremely greasy. Barbacao was and looked disgusting. Chicken verde was thumbs down. Just save yourself and head to Jacalito Grill! Best mexican food in town and Fernando has amazing customer service. Just check out the menu! Fresh and way more selection! And they AREN'T imitating mexican food at Jacalito. Millbrook Station gets 5 stars because it's new, clean, location, chevron, subway & toreado grill. And toreado grill is a hidden gem with it's chili verde mac & cheese bowl. (If you don't like chili verde you can choose another choice of meat as well!) Like legit chili verde, moist pork & spicy the way chili verde should taste!. This is the closest station to my house. I literally have to drive by it to go to any other store. I BBQ and camp a lot, so I use a couple bottles of propane each month. I have attempted to purchase, exchange or refill propane, and there is "no one available " to assist me. read more

I am completely shocked at the customer experience that I just had at this gas station. The cashiers name is Jaylin and told me not to forget it she's a redhead and has a very bad temper. After she charged me for a bottle of wine that I did not purchase I went back in to recover my $9.60. Yolanda tried to give me cash after I paid with my card. When I asked for it to be refunded to my card her and Yolanda told me they couldn't do that and jaylin proceeded to tell me to calm down and leave the store. I was shocked and responded I guess the customer doesn't matter to you anymore. She told me never to come back and I told her I never would. The owner/manager needs to be aware that these people are trying to overcharge the customer. Jaylin red head wasn't even going to give me a receipt. I had to ask for one. I hope that Jaylin gets exactly what she deserves. Also they have a sign with prices of wine but don't honor the prices. When a person tells you they don't care if you file a complaint you just know this is too shady of an establishment. read more

Car wash didn't clean a single thing. Left my car looking even worse. Rims are dirty, side skirts are worse. You're better off spraying your car off with a garden hose than going to this place. read more
