He took the time to explain what was actually going on, what my options were, and why certain things should or shouldn't be done. That isn't being rude or talking over customers. That's someone with experience making sure the job is done correctly and protecting both the customer and his business. Reading through some of the negative reviews, I noticed a pattern. Many complaints seem to come from people who either didn't read the fine print on promotions like Groupon or walked in without doing any research on what they actually wanted. If you're unsure, call the shop. I called Po multiple times before coming in, and he answered my questions every time. One thing I respect is that Po won't blindly do work just because a customer asks. If something doesn't make sense or could cause problems, he'll explain why. That's exactly the kind of shop I want working on my car. A good technician doesn't just say "yes" to everything. They educate you and make sure expectations are clear before the work begins. My experience was straightforward, honest, and professional from start to finish. In fact, I'm already planning to bring my BMW back for additional work, including body kit installation and other upgrades. He's a mobile mechanic; if you got an emergency or need flexibility on location, he's your guy. He comes out to you. 2. He has YOU buy the parts, so money saved not being upcharged by the dealer/shops.
