Colleen told me the rules were stupid. Since I am the president of the board and have 19 years of education, I guess she really knows. They delivered the next day after some equivocation about the time. My wife was coming home at a specific time and although they met the time, they were not sure. Penn Medicine ordered a piece of equipment (a bedside elevated table for eating) which did not come. All in all, they are not reliable or service oriented.
