Billing department sends invoices to Collections despite of clearing them months in advance…read more I am still getting calls from a Collection agency for the service in Aug-2018, for which I made the payment in Sept-2018 itself. I called the billing department, collection agency multiple times and they verify some details and make me wait in the call so that they escalate it to the concerned department for correction. Somehow, I still get the disturbing calls while I am at work saying I owe money to the physician. All my services are through my primary insurance which I clear them via authorized channels. I have cleared many bills before as well as after that particular service in question. Effectively, their billing department messed up something and all the non-sense happened. I get my child treated by an good pediatrician there but looks like I have to change because of the Billing department inefficiencies. Regards, Pavan
