Now, after months of silence, they are demanding over $12,000 and threatening litigation -- despite doing nothing to fulfill their contractual obligations. Since reviewing the project more closely, we've also discovered issues in other documents that raise concerns about their practices and professionalism. Unfortunately, it seems we're not alone -- their pattern of poor communication and lack of accountability is reflected in other customer reviews as well.

The project did not start until June 5, 2026, and Pierre R., my original sales contact and assigned project manager, later stated that PSLD marked the roof as "completed" in July. The project involved multiple crews, delays, damage to the aluminum roof structure, and ongoing concerns with workmanship and quality control. The job site was repeatedly left with nails, screws, metal scraps, wood, and other debris despite repeated requests for cleanup. Although PSLD considers the roof complete, I do not believe the finished product reflects the level of workmanship or professional finish that was promised or contracted. My concerns extend beyond appearance to the overall quality of the installation. When I attempted to escalate my concerns, I was told there was no one else at PSLD I could speak with. Pierre stated he was not the owner and did not know who the owner was. I was also not provided with a clear company contact or process for administering the 12-year warranty if he were no longer with the company. Pierre also offered to reimburse his 8% commission on the project as a goodwill gesture. However, as of the date of this review, I have not yet received the reimbursement. While Pierre repeatedly stated he would "fix it" and "make it right," my experience was that the project lacked the oversight, quality control, and resolution I expected from a professional roofing company. A roofing project is a significant investment. Based on the workmanship concerns, project management issues, communication challenges, and lack of a clear escalation process, I would not recommend PSLD Roofing to my friends or family.

The front office is the worst I have ever encountered. It took 5 weeks to get a response to my request for a roof and ventilation plan. At that point the office called to talk through the details without ever sending me the plan. After ten minutes of struggling with the office I requested a meeting and waited two more weeks for the Roof/ventilation plan. The owner was nice enough to come meet with me to revise the plan to our agreement. The day of work start the office shows up with the original hand drawn roof plan with the ventilation in the wrong locations. Work went smoothly over 3 days and many lunch bones tossed in the yard. When the invoice arrived I had questions and requested a review of the invoice and an explanation of the charges. I immediately paid over 90% of the invoice and held back the payment for questionable items pending review and explanation. Eventually they requested the final payment with no explanation. I again told them I am waiting on a meeting to explain the invoice and they dumped 5 emails containing 100+ photos, nothing else. When they call again to ask why I had not paid, I asked why they haven't called to make an appointment to explain the invoice. The owner and I have been trading VM's with no mention of a meeting, only me paying...still waiting.

We spoke to this man all of five minutes regarding the repair process and mentioned that We had an idea about placing weather vane attachments for a projected Christmas decoration on the apex. We didn't discuss the mechanics of it but asked if it was something they might do. We were informed that it wasn't part of their job and that any damage from the vanes could invalidate the warranty. We agreed that we understood. This asshole never asked details about the installation or how we were putting the lights up. He reported back to our Property Managers that We were going to damage the roof and consequently they called us with a series of threats about not damaging the roof. I called their Offices and asked in a loud manner under what agreement did they have any right to report on our intentions without really knowing what those intentions were to the Property mangers. My thoughts are if you can go with someone else do it. This was about as unprofessional as I've ever seen in a construction company.

My wife and I both adjusted our schedules to make sure we would be home at the 3:00 appointment time. The roofers showed up early at 1:00 when no one was home (I saw this on my home alarm system) and they did not come back at 3:00. I called to ask where they were after they didn't show at 3:00 and was told that since the previous job was done early they sent the workers home. But they could reschedule. I was dumbfounded and told her so. She said, " Find someone else" and hung up. Run away!!!!
