She didn't wear gloves, barely filed my nails or push back cuticles. I had a split nail that I tried to repair with fiberglass wrap. I said I didn't book with that stylist and received back the name of the stylist I did book with instead. I asked for the contact info of the stylist I had an appointment with and was not given any information. When I spoke with the owner, Miranda, she became belligerent and assumed my being upset at her unprofessional behavior, was loyalty to the stylist! While the stylist I saw was lovely, I don't know her! I just wanted to pay for her exceptional skills! Miranda was incredibly disrespectful and full of assumptions. I'm stunned and appalled by the behavior of this small business owner. I will never go to the salon again and will discourage others from doing so. I hope she has the life she deserves.

I wanted red and what was naturally in my head to bring it out. This looks awful and chunky and def not natural. The cut was very blunt there was no feathering. It was a cute place and it was all fine until the actual color came out. I had other professionals tell me it looks like I got red and it already faded. This was HOURS after I got it. It's brassy and not a good look. UPDATE: went back for a fix. Way better in terms of color. She did a great job just the color is not for me. In terms of returning, I can't say I will be.
