This is a cute storefront, there are no seating area, so you just place your order and wait for your number to be called. The lollicup I'm used to have some snacks in addition to the drinks options. But this location seems to have just the drinks, so keep that in mind in case you're looking forward to a quick snack. The whipped coffee is delicious! it was the perfect amount of sweet and coffee, and it was a nice refreshing drinks during hot summer days. The brown sugar milk tea with boba was equally just as delicious. It was a little bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still a treat nonetheless. The lady that helped to take my order was very friendly and helpful. After placing my order, we were kinda standing around on the side just waiting for our number to be called. As we were waiting, there was rude customer that came up to pick up his drink and used all sorts of profanity to the lady that was helping me just minutes ago. There were just words that should not have been spoken to towards someone who's just trying to help. It was pretty awful. I hope she has better days working here and this is just a reminder to be mindful and be kind to others! Anyways, it's so great to have Lollicup at Ontario MIlls. Most açai places are loaded with sugar. Delicious, happiness, making sugar! But this offering was so, SO good I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything by coming here. Service was friendly and laid back. Each bowl is constructed by hand, made customizable however you like it. That does take a bit of time, so plan a few extra minutes to wait in line, and treat yourself to one of their delicious bowls. There is no seating inside, but there's communal seating outside. There's also plenty of parking in the lot shared amongst the different shops.

So I waited for staff to arrive . I was considering leaving, but I understood they might be busy even though the store was empty. When an employee finally came over, the first thing she said was, "What are you getting?" with no greeting or apology for the wait. I asked which protein juices were available because I didn't see any in the fridge, and instead of helping, she just handed me a menu and said, "They're right there." The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Customer service and basic friendliness go a long way, especially in a place that promotes a positive wellness experience. I walked out . I won't be going back to that location.
