This place is only a couple miles from my house so I go often. I love the Ube and usually get the cookies and cream made with Ube instead of vanilla. It is so creamy and smooth with a subtle but lingering flavor. This time, while waiting to order, I heard someone else get affogato, vanilla with espresso. I asked the girl taking out order which she would do and she said the affogato but if I tried it and didn't like it she would make the other instead. It was great. Then I enjoyed sitting at the corner bar under the adorable signs. The front has booth seats and small marble tables for everyone to enjoy and huge windows on the front to enjoy Tivoli Village while you eat.

I've been wanting to check this place out for years. When I walked in, it wasn't busy. When I ordered, I got my order almost immediately. I enjoyed the ube soft serve which I got in a kids size. Overall, good place to check out if in the area.

I'm always down for ice cream/soft serve/froyo. That's my go to sweet treat. Milkcow was a new experience for us. The soft serve is good, but it is just plain milk soft serve. So slightly sweet, but not a flavored sweetness. The sweetness comes from the layers of sauces and toppings. The cups were good, but not really something I'd ever come back for. Almost too much going on, and the type of sugary sweetness where you're just dying for some water after because your throat and mouth feel stuck shut with sugar. Not sure if it was the location of this one or the time we went, but it was empty and dead in Tivoli Village. We almost felt eerie there, like it was the start of 28 Day Later. So it was just the two of us, silently making a mess with our overly indulgent ice creams.

I randomly found this gem and I'm so happy I did. They offer a bunch of flavor combinations and the customer service was amazing.

First time here took the family for ice cream the place was clean not too busy so we didn't have to wait too long at all and although it was tasty kinda wish the waffle was bigger and crispy. But the pineapple ice cream was my favorite

This was a fun and tasty soft serve dessert experience. This was our first time visiting. The interior is clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They have a pretty extensive menu including options to make your own combination. I tried the Cairo crunch which had salted caramel and pistachio. The ice cream was wonderfully creamy and smooth, but bear in mind it doesn't have much flavor. The flavor comes from whatever additions you have in your cup. In my case the salted caramel syrup was good, and the pistachios mainly added crunch and bit of saltiness. The Cairo crunch also comes with a macaron. I'm not sure if they make the macarons in house as it tasted like a packaged macaron from Costco. Not bad but just something I noticed. We also tried the Santorini which sadly only had blueberry syrup and no actual fresh blueberries which seemed weird for a place focused on fresh and natural. It did have tasty Oreo crumbles which were ground extremely finely which blended nicely with the soft serve. And of course it had an amazing cotton candy topper which they make fresh to order. Overall this was a tasty ice cream experience that we would enjoy trying again!

The finished product ready to enjoy.

I was searching Yelp looking for a place to go for dessert and Milk Cow came up. Since it's relatively close, I was soon on my way. Being in Tivoli Village, parking is not a problem. I parked underground and took the elevator up. A quick left and Milk Cow is right there. There were a few customers in line but they were served quickly. After looking over their menu board, I decided on the cookies 'n cream. I watched as he made the dessert. Oreo cookie crumbs on the bottom, then vanilla soft serve, followed by more cookie crumbs, and topped with an Oreo cookie. It's a small shop, but I got a table for two and enjoyed the treat. The serving size is on the small side and it's pricey. This isn't where I'd go often, but it was very good and they have a varied menu.

This was fantastic!!! I'm not much into sweets, but this was very very good!! I would certainly come back! Probably every time I'm at Tivoli Village. I got the pistachio one which was soooo good! My friends got the crouffles, and they were also terrific!! The service was good!

I had been wanting to try this spot for a long time and clearly I'm late to the party! Hands down the best soft serve I've ever had and this will be my go to spot for ice cream. I love the options - their standard flavor is so good on its own. The texture of their soft serve is what sets them apart from others. I got the Ube swirl with fresh strawberry pieces and coconut shavings. The service was great, young and respectful kids running the place. Everything was also super clean. Overall, 10/10!

First time visiting Milkcow. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Interior was very nice and clean. We ordered their Ube ice cream and Cookies and Cream. Both were delicious!

We visited this ice cream shop during the Jack and Sally greeting event and it was packed. They offer a nice selection of soft serve ice cream and boba tea options. The staff were friendly. We ordered at the counter and waited while our order was prepared. The seating area is pretty limited and with the event crowd, there weren't any open seats. We tried the brown sugar milk tea and pistachio ice cream, both were delicious.

Discovered this ice cream/dessert shop while walking around Tivoli Village one night and we're so glad we did! Tried the ube ice cream w/an oreo added to it. Ice cream is delicious, though paying $1 to add 1 oreo was not worth it. Small shop with a handful of tables to sit down inside an a few tables outside. Friendly staff, quick to order (despite being a busy night) and quick to receive our order.

I got strawberry shortcake. It came out pretty quickly. The ice cream was very soft and not too sweet either. Theres a lot of different flavors to try. It melts very quickly so you have to eat it fast! Only thing I didn't like was that the floors and seating area was kind of dirty.

The matcha parfait was good with a nice creamy texture and flavoring. However, I have one complaint. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

Some other spots in town have similar offerings and may be doing a better job at it. I ordered the J2. Jumbo Pomelo & Mango with Sago ($13.95) to share in our group. There was a wide variety of ingredients, generally tasting quite good. The actual mango fruit was soft and super sweet, there was perhaps a coconut jelly topping that was also nice, as well as a coconut ice that felt snowy in texture, a mango custard, and a decent helping of sago near the bottom. However, I wish that the mango ice cream wasn't so hard and icy, and I was disappointed later to realize that we didn't get any pomelo at all. I really enjoyed the pomelo the last time I had a similar dessert. The dining area did seem pretty clean at least, and they offered complimentary cups of water for each of us after I requested it. Napkins are cheap but freely available, and spoons are pretty sturdy despite being disposable plastic. Maybe I'll come back to this Hui Lau Shan location if I'm around Spring Mountain and find myself really craving their brand of desserts. But I'd prioritize different businesses if I were planning a trip.

Reviews of this Korean coffee shop were impressive enough for us to give it a try. This "hidden" coffee shop had "speakeasy" vibes as it was a bit hard to find. Online photos led us to a massive, unmarked medieval-style wooden door with an "open" banner. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover as the interior featured antique furniture, a glass atrium, soaring trees, and a 3-level wooden bookshelf-reading area designed like a grandstand with seating you could climb on. I suggest staying here awhile and enjoy the F&D inside as it is definitely social media worthy and a gem in LV's Chinatown. After saving our spot, the gang proceeded to order from the long queue at the bar area. Took photos and marveled at this cozy cafe while waiting for our assortment of coffees and baked goodies to arrive. I had The Gäbi (dry cappuccino topped with raw sugar and espresso grounds) while my wife opted for the velvety Einspänner. We shared a Berry Ricotta Brioche. I was able to taste the other artisan pastries (Ube Mille Cake, Tiramisu Croissant and Strawberry Shortcake to name some) from our group and they were as good as they looked. The only complaint is the pricier bill than what other coffee shops might charge. I guess this view is at a cost then. First time trying in a Korean coffee shop and we loved it! We would definitely return if we're in this neck-of-the-woods again.

We specifically wanted to stay off the Strip because Vegas prices on the Strip can be pretty wild, so we found this place through Yelp. The space is really cute and has a cool industrial feel, with books and other little touches that make it more interesting than your typical dessert spot. They even had a couch swing, which turned out to be a lifesaver when my toddler was getting a little cranky. The desserts were good, but I have to say the prices felt pretty steep for the portions -- around $12-$13 for a very small slice. We tried an ube dessert and a matcha dessert. The matcha one was definitely my favorite. It had this interesting French-style flavor/profile and felt more unique. The ube one was just okay for me. And as a Filipino, I have to be honest: putting ube in something doesn't automatically make it amazing. I feel like sometimes ube gets treated as the magic ingredient when it's really about how well it's actually executed. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars. It's a cute place, the atmosphere is fun, and it served exactly what we needed that day -- a casual little birthday-weekend dessert stop somewhere away from the Strip. I'm glad we found it, but given the prices and portion sizes, I'm not sure it would be a regular stop for us.

However, I do want to clarify one very important point regarding my service dog. He was calm, quiet, and completely under control throughout the entire visit. He was not active, disruptive, or vocal at any time. He is a trained service dog, not a pet. I also want to clarify that under the ADA, a person with a service dog cannot be required to sit outside simply because they are accompanied by a service animal. Service dogs are generally permitted to accompany their handlers in areas where customers are normally allowed. A service animal may only be excluded in limited circumstances, such as when the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or when the animal is not housebroken. Neither of those circumstances applied here. So while I understand your policy regarding active or vocal dogs, that does not describe my dog or what happened during my visit. He was calm and caused no disturbance whatsoever. I sincerely hope your staff can be better informed about the distinction between pets and service animals so that another customer with a legitimate service dog is not made to feel unwelcome or told they MUST sit outside.
