Neighbors here flood each other all the time, and bugs love that. Managements shut water down every month, repairs after repairs. The list of things you will be fined for is endless. There are warning signs with what not to do posted every where. Fine for this, fine for that, dont dont dont dont - disgusting overreach. HOA mismanages funds left and right. My landlord is getting bills after bills in $15000+ range for replacing old worn-out infrastructure. He cant wait to get rid of this place.
