Board meetings are held to address issues and concerns but ONLY if they meet quorum so if you have any issues, be prepared to wait months on end for simple resolutions that their own manager can't answer. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience with our property being managed by Jason B…read more From the very first day, he started a war with all residents, issuing citations that didn't make sense, blocking access to facilities, and intimidating anyone who tried to find out what was going on by expressing his authority. He told people directly that he had the power here and that everything was up to him. Jason has no communication skills. He did things without informing anyone, didn't respond to emails, and wouldn't pick up the phone for weeks. When you finally managed to reach him, he would claim that your attempts to contact him were harassment. I received a citation for an incorrect shoe rack, even though I didn't have one, and it was based on rules from the Laulani neighborhood, while I live elsewhere. His actions were completely unsubstantiated. My neighbor received about seven citations at once, including one for his tree touching the property wall, even though he didn't have anything on his lanai. I was away for two weeks, and when I came back, my car had scratches on the roof. Someone told me that trees were being pruned, but I was never informed, so I had no chance to ask anyone to move my car. I brought this up with Jason, but he never responded to my email. However, he did find time to restrict my access to facilities for an offense I never committed (I had been away when it allegedly happened), as retaliation for my attempts to contact him. I sent an official registered letter to Angel's Site Management Solutions with my complaint, but it was never picked up. A lady at USPS customer support told me that the company refused to accept it. I assume Jason did it. During his time here, everything started going downhill. Not a single thing was upgraded, but all the residents were scared of this individual. I do not recommend this company. These people have no skills to manage a sandbox without toys, let alone manage any property. Talked with a company owner once; they seemed unconcerned about what was happening. HOA decided to cut ties with them.

Often times, security will give warnings but if these rules are persistently broken or ignored, yes, fines are given. House rules are pretty reasonable given the fact that you have close neighbors to be considerate of. When it comes down to it, that's what it's all about; being a good neighbor! But some people just expect to be able to tread on others without consequence. Sorry to those people who feel like they can do this. I do not speak for the board or management when I say this, but immoral people are not welcome here as they do not respect this place or it's residents... sorry!
