My sole purpose yesterday (03/21/26) visiting Milford Pawn Shop was to sell my wedding ring and to get further closure on my recent divorce. The owner quickly surveyed my ring and proceeded to tell me how much it was worth to me in cash value? No questions were asked about the history or how much it cost originally? Racist buissness !!This is the worst pawnshop I have ever been to I tried to pawn my iPad which I was told was old which I understand okay but then I bring my 18k gold necklace and they say oh we can't take it because "we can't tell it's real or not" it is 100% real but then I ask if I bring my new Xbox in can they take it and I am told no? I am confused I thought that was what a pawn shop was for. And me being a black man I feel as of it wouldn't have been that way if I where white! read more

My husband and I went on a mission to find a DSLR camera today, and this place did not have one. However, I found a great Nikon Digital camera that was similar to my old one. After talking it over with my husband, I decided I am not now and never intend to be a professional photographer....I am a total point and click kinda girl. The Nikon was a great deal for the price. One of the guys had to go and buy AA batteries so I could check it out. We also saw a fairly recent HP Pavilion laptop with Beats audio for less than half the new price in new condition. I asked them if they could cut me a deal if I bought both...a deal was made. They also threw in "The Breakfast Club" in blue ray. I can't really believe it is the 25th anniversary edition, but it claims it is. :) read more

this shop is a big "rip off"!! josh is not to be trusted. josh will lie right to your face, what a piece of crap. their are two other shops affiliated with each other. one in stratford, and one in west haven. do yourself a huge favor. avoide the three shops at all cost. if one shop is ripping you off, safe to say (same owner) all of them will they all practice the same way. so more than likly they all are rip offs. the milford shop rip me off big time. i gave him 1.3 oz.it should have been $2458.66 he gave me $711.00 the next day when if you been riped off by any of these shops let every body know by going to there reveiw page put the shop you got ripped off from and do the reveiw. don't be the next person,as they will rip you off as well!!!! like theve's in the night. again do not do business with these rip you off as well. read more
