Admittedly, the front seats (no back seat installed) were well vacuumed though the sides and backs were untouched and full of dust. I did take it back and canceled the scheduled detailing on my brother's cross-over and pickup and showed the Jeep to person at the counter. to be fair, he offered to take it back and address the issues, but after them having it 9 hours yesterday, picking it up as they were closing, and the inconvenience of leaving it again when I thought, expected, a professional result for a paid for service, I opted not to do so.
