Beginning of this winter I was desperate to get my winter tires put on. OK Tire was packed and I was pressed for time. I thought I would just bite the bullet and go to a Canadian Tire. What a mistake! They put my tires on no problem. Fast forward to last night...I swapped out my winter tires and my lug nuts were way overtightened! It was a bitch loosening! They were on so tight, I ended up breaking the lug nut lock and key making my whole set useless. So, I took it down to OK Tire this morning and they got them off. Didn't take very long, about 20 mins. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

It's been three days and no response. Two phone calls and four emails and nothing. I guess they have my money so they don't care anymore. Naturally I…read morepanicked, not only because I wasn't sure how to change a tire on the highway but also because this would put us late for the hospital appointment and these days, once you're late, it's hard to get a replacement appointment. I called my husband who uses Kal Tire commercially. I pulled in and they immediately ascertained the situation, and diagnosed I had four low tires, filled them and gave me recommendations going forward. They also looked to see if it was anything like a nail but it appeared to be just a case of me not knowing. And now I do and I know why my husband sent me there because they were awesome!!

On April 30,2025 I visited OK Tire Scottsdale (72nd Avenue) to repair a flat tire. The puncture was…read morepatched, and I was told the repair was guaranteed -- if the patch failed, it would be fixed at no cost. On May 16, the same tire went flat again. A BCAA technician and I carefully inspected it and found no nail or visible new damage. When I returned to your shop, I was told the leak was from a "different spot" and was asked to pay again. I refused. After inspecting the tire at home, I found that your technician had marked the exact same location as the original repair. This is blatant dishonesty. You failed to honor your warranty and attempted to charge me again for your own failed work. Such behavior is unacceptable and unethical. I will be filing a formal complaint with BCAA, as well as reporting this incident to consumer protection authorities. People deserve better than to be misled and taken advantage of. This is not about the money but the service quality and honesty.I will also be warning others not to trust this location. I am beyond surprise to see many 5-star reviews for your location. Most justifiable reason could be that they come from fake accounts to mask all your dishonest work. Be aware of this location -other potential victims.

Great guys both of them. New crew now, but I think I saw Marc today - but he didn't recognize me, it's been a few years. But even as an unknown face I get the best service and treatment possible. Usually shoot the breeze about cars for a few minutes as well - they aren't in a hurry to get you out of there - they just want to get the best for those who walk through the doors. After 30 years and six or seven cars I have come to them time and time again. Sometimes for a patch, sometimes to get a set of rubber. Every single time they are great and I'm pretty safety conscious when it comes to the rubber hitting the road. They've patched no end of screw/nail/whatever holes with the intent of getting you going, not the intent of getting your money. Case in point, I got a nail in the tread at the edge of a tire. Not that many kms on the treads and I didn't think that I could make it to B&B so I pulled into big K. They looked at the tire, said that it was impossible to patch as the nail had "likely" gouged the sidewall. But replacing 1 tire was bad practice so I would need all 4 done even though the kms were less than 100,000 on them. This was a late model Volvo SUV so the tires were not cheap and they "likely" saw my wallet and me coming. Well they also saw me going as I gently drove out and over to B&B. The team there pulled the rubber and actually took a look, seeing that the nail had entered at an angle away from the sidewall and a tread patch was all that I needed, so that's what they did. Go to these guys. They are honest, good natured, and do a great job. I really don't know how you could want anything more in any business let alone the ones that keep you safe on the road.
