The customer was ignored of her request. She even indicated that she always go to FedEx and has shipped the same size box with the same weight to the same address and was charged only $30 each. Joshua looked at the lady and did not even understand that there's a big difference from $213 to $180 for 6 boxes. I heard him say with an attitude "more work for me". Later the customer wanted all the boxes back to her and bring them to UPS for shipping. The poor lady didn't have a choice but to just agree with him. Then he asked her for payment for the $213. After her card was charged he again requested to put the credit card back to charge another $213 because he had to reverse the 1st transaction without any explanation why a reversal has to be made. Then sales person would normally print each label for each box in front of the customer but Joshua didn't do it. Your customer service is so unacceptable. I have witnessed total disrespect and inefficiency of a job. This incident should be investigated by the manager and train his employees to be decent, be respectful and professional to their customers. He was not even wearing his name tag. The customer had to ask for his name. What a nightmare to see what happened - Sept 11. Joshua did not even made any effort to help the lady's request. It was like more of an entitlement on his part because he was at the counter. This place doesn't even deserve a one star.

Unreasonable Print Charges - Avoid This UPS Store…read more My experience here was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to warn others. I needed to print a single black and white return label (not Amazon-related), so I emailed it to the store. Normally, UPS stores charge somewhere between $0.15 and $0.75 for a standard black and white copy. But this location charged me $2.68--for one 8.5x11 sheet of plain paper, with maybe half the page actually used. I explained to the employee that this wasn't an Amazon return--it was for Babe Hair--but they told me it didn't matter. According to their "policy," any label printout, regardless of whether it's Amazon or not, is automatically charged at this inflated rate. Not even a sticky label--just regular paper. I've dealt with their Amazon upcharges before and now take all my Amazon returns to Whole Foods instead, which is completely free and much easier. I thought this would be different, but clearly not. This store seems to be looking for any excuse to upcharge customers. Bottom line: if you need to print something, especially a return label, don't go here expecting regular copy shop pricing. You'll get ripped off.

Innovative signs gave us a bid that was thousands of dollars. When we asked for an explanation we were told that removing the old labels would be extremely labor intensive. We were skeptical at first but then Anton did something I would have never expected. He said that we could save thousands if we removed the labels ourselves or hired some neighborhood teens to do it AND he would personally come out to our subdivision and SHOW US HOW TO REMOVE THE LABELS using a blowtorch, plastic razor blades and denatured alcohol! This he actually did for us; and now we're going to do the removal ourselves and save money for the subdivision then order the labels from Innovative Signs. I should also add that Anton also gave us a choice of label types and spent almost an hour explaining their differences so that we could select the type that would last the longest and be the easiest to remove. I wholeheartedly agree with all the other reviews on this forum about Innovative signs - this is a great company and I hope they prosper.
