The service manager refused to look at it, pushed it aside, and stated that the computer system is all that matters. He also suggested the document could be fraudulent and told me to take it back to the selling dealer. When I asked again for it to be reviewed, I was told service could be refused I was later contacted by the owner, Bryanna, who was polite and responsive. I explained from the beginning that I was already working with the selling dealership on the warranty and that my concern was how the situation was handled. While she offered to help on the warranty side, the focus stayed there rather than addressing the customer service issue At the end of the day, I was simply looking for the way I was treated to be acknowledged and addressed This situation could have been avoided with basic professionalism and a willingness to review the documentation provided. The repair is still ongoing, so I cannot speak to the quality of the work yet, but the initial experience was disappointing.

I found a substantial oil leak. When I told the salesman (Don Race) he assured me the guys in the shop will fix it. He also told me they would put new tires on too. Then we talked numbers, I was approved for the loan and we shook hands on the deal. I would come back in a week to do my final inspection and sign paperwork. Two days later I talked to the salesman and now he tells me the manager doesn't want to put the money into the truck to fix the oil leak (it needs an oil pan) so I can buy it for $4000 less because "that's what we can get at auction". No new tires either. As is no warranty. It makes me think they're hiding something else. The salesman (Don Race) lied to me. He assured me they would fix it. That's the only reason I moved forward to make a deal. I would not recommend Wayne County Ford to anybody for sales service or anything else.

They were very nice about it and told me to call back if I needed them again. I called them again two days later and they still had my previous service order which was great. The the first mechanic yet again gave me the run-around and changed the address to where my car was and when I called Kelly's they were accommodating. I rode in the tow truck to the new mechanic and he was pleasant and respectful, and he informed me they also offer mechanic services! They charged $90+ $3.60 for cc charge for a total $93.60

Sure the cars can have high miles and i did drive some cars that did have noticeable signs of that age, but as long as you go in with a bit of that expectation, I'm not sure anyone has a reason to complain. I can only comment on my experience, but I just had a problem with tire balance and a seat belt latch they fixed for free, after that work there was a loose tie rod making a clunk. Gary was initially gruff, but after a short conversation he invited me over for him to drive it so he could hear it. He and his mechanic Dan took it out for a drive and fixed it within a short time. So they are great to me!
