WORST EXPERIENCE!!…read more First off, I want to say that the girl who did my hair and the other girls who helped were very sweet. However, my experience with the manager, Ashley N., was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As seen in pic 1, my hair was a pretty neutral/cool medium brown, which I had done myself at home. I was actually very happy with my hair color. My roots were just growing out, so I went to the salon specifically because I wanted my roots done to match the rest of my hair. When I went in, they bleached my roots and toned my entire head. Unfortunately, my hair came out very uneven, patchy, darker than I wanted, and much warmer than my original color, as seen in pics 2 and 3. I went back to the salon to have it fixed because I was obviously very unhappy with the result. Unfortunately, I still left with uneven color and a dark red-brown/chocolate color, as seen in pics 4 and 5. I was extremely upset because I had already been happy with my hair when I came in. I paid a lot of money for this service, and then I also had to take additional time out of my schedule to go back and have it fixed, only to still leave unhappy with the result. I did call the salon to ask for a refund, but the manager, Ashley N., repeatedly told me that the outcome was essentially my fault and that they had done "the best they could." If they felt they couldn't get my hair to the color I wanted, I wish they would have just been honest with me about that before doing all of these additional things to my hair. Instead, my hair went from a color I was already happy with to the red/chocolate brown color it is now. I even specifically asked the manager if she thought my hair looked cool or warm toned, and she told me, "I think it looks pretty cool toned." Looking at pics 4 and 5, I personally don't think the result looks cool toned at all. It looks noticeably warm and red compared to the color I originally came in with. When I asked the manager for a refund, she told me, "I can't give you a refund. I think it's best if we both just move on from this situation."

Sejla is super attentive to what you want. She really went the extra mile to give me the haircut I wanted and even curled my hair to show me how it would look in it's natural state. She washed, blow dried, and then cut it (stylist preference, I assume) to see how the hair falls naturally without being wet. She worked on my hair for a while too, cutting away until I was happy with the end product. She had plenty of advice to give, and my hair came out exactly as I wanted it: not too short, but with plenty of layers. I have a LOT of hair but she was meticulous and knew just how to deal with it, which a lot of people don't know how to. I would highly recommend her!

Ashley was very professional and knowledgeable about my thick hair type and funky style. She took a fraction of the time the previous girl took to cut my hair. She then put some serum in it and blow dried it (which is no small feat with the amount of hair I have). It was so shiny! After blow drying and flat ironing my hair, she went back in to check her work, and we decided to bring up the back even a little higher (I like it VERY angled). My hair feels sleek, looks shiny, and has so much more movement than before. Just be clear about what you want, and if you do want something special, communicate that ahead of time so she can make sure to block off more time for you. Overall, great experience. I would go back.

Mariann called me back and the we were able to text back and forth- on a Friday night which was definitely appreciated. She listened to my situation and gave me different options as well as photos. I went in the salon and was thrilled that Mariann actually listened to my goals for my hair ( low maintenance, easy to air dry) and then gave me different options throughout the appointment. She not9 only listened but spent time looking at my hair and explaining her thoughts to me. My hair has just started to curl and she helped me learn how to wash and style my hair to rock the curls instead of hide them.
