I'm extremely disappointed in this Jucy's. I typically have great experiences here but not today…read more First off, I waited nearly 30 minutes for my burger and fries, which never came. The store wasn't overly busy as I saw only 1 other dine-in customer the entire time I was there. There were several employees just standing around joking. Eventually, I went up to the counter to ask about the status of my food and I was told they gave it away to another customer by mistake and would have to remake it. I was on my lunch break and was running out of time so I asked the employees if they could be quick. As I was standing by the counter, I looked into the kitchen and saw multiple employees pointing to the grill and laughing at something that was being cooked. I then saw one of these employees gesture toward me and say in a sinister voice, "This is fixing to be the most juiciest, tastiest burger he's ever had.. we're making it with love". When he saw I was looking and heard what he said, he looked scared like he had been caught doing something wrong. At this point, there as no way I was eating anything they made. I asked for a refund and left. It's a sad world where a restaurant employee can be the one who makes the mistake of giving away my order but I have to be afraid of something nefarious being done to my food.

Second time here. Just as good as the first. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Come here…read morehungry!! They're going to fill you up with their large portions. This time I got the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich. I also added bacon based on the suggestion by the cashier. Also grabbed some Onion Rings that were great.

The check in time was adjusted multiple times because of some small complications with my treatment. They adjusted and flowed with the roller coaster. Not only was the service amazing, caring, and kind...the food was amazing. It always is so good. Thank you Twelve for sharing in our celebration and never saying "no", "sorry we can't do that ", etc.

In Tyler, Texas, the options for a decent but affordable dinner seem to fall into the hands of the…read morechains. There's plenty of nice local establishments, but some can be pricey and some are just more casual than you want. Scott Williams has perfected the restaurants of Tyler that are balanced between affordable and still quite nice. He got his toes in the water with FDs, before expanding into Javi's, Twelve, and now the fanciest of them all in III Palms. I thought of all those options, Twelve would be the most unique and tasty for my girlfriend and I. We went in an hour before they closed on a Sunday and were seated immediately. We weren't too hungry so we didn't expect to be there past their closing time, and we were ready to go. Our waiter was quick and attentive, bringing us water and helping us decide on drinks from the bar and our order. He also showed us their insane over-the-top whiskey menu. If you like whiskey, give Twelve a shot I guess. To order, I just got their 'Osaka Style' Pressed Roll while my girlfriend got a Sushi Bowl Salad. We got Sweet Potato Fries to share. As for drinks, I started with their Monkey See, Monkey Do, an impressive and firm beverage, while my girlfriend ordered their Destin Dream, a fun Pina Colada-like drink. It wasn't long before our food came out. The sushi was beautifully plated with some wasabi and pickled ginger on the side. I destroyed all the rolls. They were all very fresh and very high quality, which was remarkable for their $13.50 price tag. My girlfriend's sushi bowl looked insane. She ate most of it, but I filled the gaps and devoured the rest of it. The sweet potato fries were crispy and heavenly like all sweet potato fries usually are. I felt adventurous and I got a second drink of their Rose Garden, which was simple but flavorful. Compared to FDs, the menu might be a little more sea-inspired and more adventurous, but I think it leads to better, more unique food, especially with offerings like Oyster Rockefeller and a sushi bar. I also know Twelve does a great brunch as well, so keep that on your radar. Ultimately, as the bill came, the price was very manageable even with the alcohol. It's nice that you don't fully have to break the bank to have a nice meal in Tyler thanks to places like Twelve. I rate it a 12/10. Get it? hahahaha... RIYL: A slightly adventurous, but affordable night out.
