Their website allows anyone to search through Wilson's vehicle inventory without every having to visit the lot in person. Both the salesperson and finance department were aware which vehicle I was actively pursuing. I completely understand that without a deposit, a dealership may sell a vehicle to another buyer. That is not my frustration. What was disappointing was learning through an AutoTrader notification that the Jeep had been sold. At no point did the salesperson or finance department contact me to advise that the vehicle was no longer available, despite knowing I had completed a finance application specifically for that Jeep. A simple message or phone call would have been professional courtesy and would have reflected much better customer communication. If communication and follow through are lacking during the initial sales process, it raises legitimate concerns about how more serious customer issues would be handled later.

He had the car inspected before he handed it over to me and even had the breaks pads and rotors changed since they were worn out and getting close to the end-of-life. A week later we noticed a very small leak in the transmission line. Jeff didn't hesitate to have us bring it back in. He gave us a loner for the weekend and replaced the leaky line for free. He even replaced the fittings at each end of the line which he said were looking a little rusty but didn't charge us. Haven't found many (or any) car mechanics, let-alone car salesmen, who would match Jeff's honesty and integrity. I wasn't able to test drive see inside or hear how it ran? he rather would blame my brother instead? When I finally got the car delivered it had to go back things still needed repair? Even after that I had reasons for the dealer to take it back? The dealer refuse? I received only one fob the key doesn't even open the car door? It ran really rough and used a lot of gas. in the past few months and even today I have been needing repairs to this car. The engine needed replacing but was covered under warranty thk God! It was only running on three cylinders! ? I am a senior. on fixed income I bought this car to be an independent courier for delivery services to supplement my income which had help except when the car needed repair, and I was out of work and no extra money to pay my car loan he got for me? which my car won't last the remainder of my loan. VW are very expensive to be repaired. Now to the past few days my car needs repairs again? My windshield wipers don't work, engine fans are loud and isn't cooling the engine down, no AC, right window won't come down, back hatch light comes on and interior lights as well. Shall I say more! I bet his father never just fix a few things and nothing more when he owned this dealership! I am just making used car buyers to proceed with caution when buying a car for this dealership?
