This same technician (Lee) had complained about the fact that we feed the birds and even though we had reported very large mice or rats getting into the house, did not place large enough bait stations (a local exterminator recommended much larger stations and correctly identified the critters as Pack Rats). Also the Manager couldn't care less that he was losing my business and a big shoutout to the women who work in the office. They have always been nice and supportive and I will miss talking to them. I would give a minus 1 or 2 rating if I could

Absolutely terrible experience with Mason Exterminating…read more Honestly, I don't even know what I paid for. They were late to my appointment, which was already irritating, but the real problem is that the spiders were still there afterward. They either came right back or, honestly, never really left in the first place. I called Mason Exterminating because I was STILL dealing with the same problem, expecting them to at least take my concerns seriously. Instead, I was met with rude and disrespectful behavior. Apparently, asking why I'm still seeing spiders after paying for extermination is too much to ask. If you're going to charge people for pest control, the least you can do is actually control the pests and treat your customers with some basic respect. I paid for a service that didn't solve my problem, and then got attitude when I called about it. Would absolutely NOT recommend Mason Exterminating. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the money.

Instead, an email was sent, and your team claimed I opened and read it, even though I had not accessed my email until after I was told on the phone that it had been sent. I also watched the service on my security camera and saw that only half of my lawn was treated. Due to these repeated issues and the lack of reliable communication, I have canceled service. My Mom's Yard: Once again, no call was made before the visit, resulting in the dogs getting loose and running the neighborhood. The yard was serviced while it was still covered in leaves. I called to request a re‑service and was told we would receive a call beforehand to ensure the leaves were picked up. That call never came. Instead, your team returned and treated the yard again over the same leaves. Because of the continued failure to follow basic instructions and communicate properly, her service has also been canceled.
