Suede protection for new boots. Done in one day.

Nice people, always friendly and helpful. And good work. Fair prices. Parking behind the shop.

Was able to fix a pair of harley boots here and they even gave it a ykk zipper! People were exceptionally nice and service was reasonably priced!

Extremely happy with the service at Milanos. I got Red Wing roughed out leather boots cleaned from a salmon OIL stain that dripped on the toe of my left boot. I tried to get the stain out myself with no success. I brought the boots expecting only a little bit of cleaning from the oil stain but to my surprise whoever is the cobbler or cleaner at Milano's completely cleaned the stain out. There is absolutely no sign of the oil stain, I was in complete shock and very grateful. I've had another pair of leather boots re soled there as well and same thing, they did a fantastic job with great quality. Their prices are very fair and very reasonable. If you're in the area support this small shop, I see they service a lot of work boots and you won't be disappointed, thank you Milanos.

I took a couple pair of Cole Haan ankle boots here to get the soles repaired. I had my boyfriend drop them off on Wednesday and I picked them up the following Monday. It cost $32 to repair each pair of boots. I'm amazed! They did an excellent job and the soles looks brand new again. Saved me from having to repurchase new boots.

Milano Shoe Service also repairs belt buckles, purses, luggage, and leather. They have been in business since 1984. ::Experience:: I've brought a couple of my shoes here. They repaired my heels because it was worn out. My boots got stripped down to the metal so the heel tip got replaced. The sole of my wedged shoes was peeling, they fixed that too. They also clean my shoes. ::Customer Service:: Friendly and helpful. My shoes are always ready on time. ::Tip:: Check-In on Yelp and get $1 off towards a shoe repair service ::M's Notes:: Parking lot in the back & Street Parking

Harout and his wife Silva run the Milano shoe service and the adjoining cleaner service! Both are first of all the nicest people there is! His wife is extremely welcoming and understanding ! Harout knows his business and will fix any problem with your shoe. I had a pair of tight but expensive Todd's and it was not an issue for him at a super reasonable cost. IF YOU HAVE A SHOE PROBLEM GO THERE!

Left shoe was the one i cleaned with oxi Righr shoe was the one that they claimed to clean

Knowledgeable and friendly service. I look forward to bringing them more business. I would rather repair than replace.

DO NOT COME HERE! These "tailors" will mess up your clothes, please see the attached photos. It was…read morea female lady who did the alterations, I think she is the wife of the owner. I brought a suit jacket, suit pants and dress shirt to tailor for my sister's upcoming wedding. I do not remember the exact prices because they only accept cash. Suit jacket- shorten both arm sleeves (at the shoulder) ~$180 Suit pants- shorten the waist, shorten the leg length ~$80 Dress shirt- shorten arm sleeves ~$40 They will market themselves as capable and able to do whatever you ask of them. However, DO NOT FALL FOR THE BS. The pictures of their crap work speak for itself. When I went back to the store to confront for a refund, the lady said she could readjust the clothes but there are no refunds. There was no way I would trust her with any clothes again, the Armani suit set (pants and jacket) was $1600+. The least she could do was refund me for messing up. I had to find another tailor to salvage the jacket last minute which ended up costing me more. I learned from the next tailor that the shoulder stitching of suit jackets is one of the most difficult skills for a tailor to master. The original "tailor" lady said some BS about adjusting the shoulder because then she doesn't need to adjust the button placements on the sleeve. I quote her when she said "Not everyone can do the adjustment at the shoulder for suit jackets, $180 is cheap for this work". So not only is she incompetent, she is ignorant and a scammer. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It is really not worth messing up your clothes even if the clothes are cheap. Even the cheapest alteration here already costs around $15. That is enough to just buy new clothes without the headache.

This was a joke. I told the owner the problem (the shoe is too big, and my heel keeps coming out)…read moreand she came up with a bad solution (adding padding to the bottom which only made it harder to put my foot in the shoe). I kept telling her this wasn't working and I need something at the heel. Finally, she gave up and agreed with me. She told me she had a heel pad but wouldn't open up the package, and then went back to her work. Amazed how this place stays in business.
