When we bought our place, it took almost ab entire year to renovate due to delays between the HOA and previous contractors. When we needed to change out all of our water pipes we were hesitant because of more issues with the HOA. Luckily we hired Jaysen and his team who took care of absolutely everything! I did not even have to communicate with the property manager or worry about the permit. He was able to do it all within a matter of weeks! His staff was very friendly and he addressed all of our concerns. JM family construction will definitely have our business for any future home projects. I highly recommend reaching out to him. He will answer all of your questions. One last thing, after all the work was finished the only thing left was to fill in the dry wall. This could have been something he charged us for but he told us that some HOA's cover that. He reached out to our property manager and the HOA was able to send their contractor to finish everything up. He missed out on that extra work but saved us a huge expense. However, he gained our trust and for that reason he will always be our go to guy. Honesty is the most important quality for us especially since we have been taken advantage of in the past.

The finished work was not presentable, and the overall quality was essentially nonexistent. Another major issue was communication and following the customer's requests. Rather than completing the work according to what was discussed and requested, the owner repeatedly made decisions based on what he wanted to do. As the customer, I expected my instructions and expectations to be respected. Overall, I would not recommend this company. The lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and failure to follow the customer's requests made this a very frustrating experience.

Needless to say, we hired Acassa for a complete kitchen renovation, and they delivered an incredible result. The team arrived early each day, kept the worksite impeccably clean, and consistently provided valuable suggestions to enhance our original design. A special thank you to Tina for her exceptional design insight and creativity throughout the project. We were so impressed with their professionalism and craftsmanship that we continued working with them on additional projects throughout our home, including replacing all of our baseboards and completely rebuilding our fireplace with a state of the art electric fireplace, new façade, and custom mantel. If you are considering a home renovation, or even building a home from the ground up, Bill and his team can handle projects of any size or complexity with excellence and attention to detail. Thank you again to Bill, Tina, Caesar, and the entire Acassa team for an outstanding experience. Costello Family

There are not enough words to say how happy I am with Ronald and McCafferty Home Services. I am new…read moreto the Florida area and my husband and I recently bought a home, so I called about 10-12 different companies to vet them about everything from painting (interior and exterior of our new home), to electrical work, to something more simple such as power washing. The reason why I picked Ronald was because out of the companies that I called he was one of one that actually answered and responded to my calls and texts (DIRECTLY) within five minutes. Every other company was sending me to a third-party where I would have to explain over and over again to the workers what I wanted/needed. (Most of which unfortunately didn't speak English). Usually, I pick someone with reviews on yelp, however, the companies I called with over 10 reviews almost always sent my call to a third-party and or did not reply right away. I am so extremely happy that I went with my judgment on McCafferty home services. In addition, when Ron did not provide a service, he would either refer me to someone that did, or tell me the honest truth and to do some of my own vetting (example: movers/landscaping). MEANING, he did not send people my way unless he could vouch for them, and this meant a lot to me. At the end of the day, I am so incredibly happy with the craftsmanship, the timeline, and the kind demeanor of him and his team. Also, he sent pictures and videos every step of the way, which was so thoughtful and great for us, some thing he did not have to do. We can't wait to have him install our LED mirrors, paint the outside of our house, and see him once in a while to power wash our front and back yard. This may have been a pretty long review, but to be honest, I did not know how to sum it up and a short version. I highly recommend anyone to use McCafferty Home Services and look forward to hiring them again. Thank you! Sincerely, Laureta (Elle) Cami

I am so happy that I chose Bickoff Construction to remodel my condo. I first met Mike by chance…read morelast year at Home Depot in Boynton and engaged in a great conversation about kitchens and bathrooms, whats trending etc. I wasn't quite ready yet but I took his card and promised him I would call when ready. I just knew that this fellow knows his business inside and out. Very smart guy for a young guy. (Well young compared to me LOL). So ready I was in May. He and his dad who's obviously a seasoned pro came over and literally sketched out a rough plan on my kitchen table that I loved. For the sake of being prudent I did have 2 other contractors come over and while one seemed OK and was a bit cheaper I felt I wasn't comparing apples to apples. This was my moms condo and everything was dated. Mike wrote me up for all top of the line appliances with beautiful granite counters. I am so glad he was able to schedule me for August and bingo we are now done! We knocked out the wall to the dining room and really opened up the place. New paint, fans, lights, bathtubs, tile and vanity's in the baths. To me it was a big job but they handled it with ease and really made me feel good with their attention to detail and great communication. Now I have a place that I can live in comfortably for years to come. Thank you Mike and Ted. I will be recommending you to my friends.

3/5 I had a mixed…read moreexperience with this company. I want to start by saying that Ryan, the owner, was extremely professional, kind, and responsive throughout the process. They did come out and successfully resolve the water leak that was getting into my garage, which I appreciate. My main concern is the craftsmanship and finished appearance. As you can see in the photos, the pavers along the garage were not aligned straight with the garage door. When viewed from the side, the uneven line is very noticeable and unfortunately makes the finished work look sloppy. I would encourage Ryan to have a little more oversight of his crews, as he was not present on the day the original work was performed. The crew that came back to address the water issue was a different crew, and they were actually the ones who pointed out that the tiles should not have been cut shorter in the first place. Had the tiles been left at their original width, it would have avoided the alignment issue altogether. I really appreciate Ryan's professionalism and the fact that they ultimately resolved the water issue, which is why I'm giving three stars. Unfortunately, the quality and appearance of the finished work keep me from giving a higher rating.

Finding a quality GC who has these attributes is EXTREMELY rare. I'd had some home renovations done years ago with a different company where Jason was the project manager, and was super impressed with him. My wife and I recently moved and interviewed a number of general contractors. None of them felt right, so we checked online and found that Jason had now owned his own business, JMC.
