Buyer beware!!!! This place will sell you garbage!!…read more Purchased a 2016 Kia Optima for my daughter as her first car and sweet 16 present. Jacob was our salesperson and was wonderful until we left the dealership. Drove the car home and noticed that the driver's side door would not unlock, forcing us to crawl in through the passenger side. Took the car back up there and was told by Jacob that we should expect those kind of issues with a car that we only paid $6,000 for. He became very rude and condescending. After loosing my shit because of his treatment, the manager finally agreed to repairing the locking mechanism. Because of the way I was treated after they got my money I checked the reviews, which I should have done before I went there, my stomach dropped when I realized how many people were sold lemons and had been scammed by them. Fast forward a few months later, my daughter got her licensed and was finally able to drive the car. Not even a few hundred miles later... the check engine light came on. Took the car to the Kia dealership and turns out that there is a failed Turbo and the replacement will cost me $4,679!!!!!!!!! They knew when they sold us the car that this was an issue. Please heed my advice and steer clear away from this place unless you want to take out loans getting repairs done after your purchase.

On 2/26/26, I purchased a 2014 Nissan Quest SV from this dealership for $4576.08. The vehicle was…read moresold "as-is." Within 24 hours of purchase, the check engine light came on. Diagnostic codes P0746 and P0868 indicated a serious transmission pressure failure. After the issue appeared, I contacted the repair shop listed on the vehicle history report that had previously inspected the vehicle in 2024. That shop confirmed they had diagnosed the same transmission codes previously and had recommended transmission replacement at that time. This indicates the transmission defect existed prior to the sale. I contacted the dealership to request assistance or reversal of the sale. The dealership refused to repair the vehicle or unwind the transaction and instead suggested I trade the vehicle in toward another purchase. After applying for financing and being denied, the dealership now refuses to assist in repairs, replacement, or in refund. This is not the only vehicle on the lot that they are selling with undisclosed pre-existing problems and they are hiding behind the "As-is" mark on the tag. *Update* - my temporary tag expired on 3/27/26 and their excuse was the state asked for more paperwork and is "moving slow" so on top of selling a broken car they also are willing to let you drive illegally. Do not buy a car here.

I bought my first care from Al Serra this past June. The guys in the Used Car area were AWESOME!!!…read moreJJ was the person who sold me the car and was fund and great to work with. His co-worker/buddy Cruz helped him frequently on my case and was such a pleasure to work with as well. I was shocked to see the team-work between two guys at a dealership. They both went above and beyond, truly listened to what I needed/wanted, did not pressure me, answered all of my questions, and gave me their honest opinions. I ended up buying a brand new car. I also want to give a huge thanks to one of the managers Jason for also assisting me and treating me like a person and not a number. Lastly, John who sits in the front as a manager was sooo awesome too. He was so fun and made me feel like family. When I had to wait longer than expected, he accommodated me in a very special way. All of these guys are 5 star people and I would recommend them to anyone. I deducted one star due to the issues with the coordination of my sale with the Honda bldg. This review started off at a 2 star due to the amount of time that was wasted & number of trips I had to make up there due to delayed issues from the Honda bldg. Rob, the manager of the Honda bldg. ended up meeting with me, listened and validated my concern with my experience. Rob agreed to comp me something I asked for with no issues, leaving me feeling heard, satisfied, and compensated for my time. Therefore, I give the overall experience a 4 star. Thank you all! Lyndsey :)

My last used car dealership experience was in 2011 and it was a nightmare - so I was understandably hesitant to walk into Al Serra Pre Owned Vehicles. That feeling went away almost instantly - the salesperson I worked with (Justin F) greeted me with such genuine enthusiasm and seemed excited to find me a car I loved. Finding the car was easy - I was a difficult buyer to get approved for financing, though. Justin and Roby in billing both were so patient, kind and helpful. I felt like they really fought for me to be approved and ultimately they succeeded and were able to go above and beyond expectations with terms etc. I made sure to let them know in person, too, but I hope they see this review so they can hear it again - THANK YOU SO MUCH! I felt taken care of, appreciated and seen as an individual - not just another customer coming through the doors of a very busy dealership. I appreciate the positive experience and beautiful car I was able to drive away with!

The borrowed car was pretty dirty from the road trip. So before we left I decided I wanted to get it detailed. I called a couple places, but they weren't able to get me in quick enough and/or the prices seemed a little high (what I'd expect to pay in California). I ended up calling Mobile Shine on a weekend and he was able to get me in the next day, at a reasonable price. The car covered in bugs and grime on the outside, and goldfish crackers and other kid-nastiness on the inside, looked nearly new when Adam was done with it. I didn't think to take pics, wish I had. Because the before and after were remarkable. I would definitely recommend this shop for your detailing needs.

With this type of vehicle, this carfax report substantially lowers the value of the vehicle (by at least $25,000) And makes it extremely difficult to resell. JMB Auto Sports refused to unwind the deal or offer any concessions and did not reply to any of our communications. CarFax appeared legit; photos of the truck seemed like other than some cosmetic work needing to be done, everything was in pretty good shape for the mileage and the fact that it initially came from Ontario, Canada (I expected rust/salt stains on the undercarriage). Paid $2K to have the truck shipped to AZ. Truck arrives with a squeaky pulley, burned out passenger side headlamp, burned out orange roof lamp and a burned out passenger side mirror lamp. The unlocking button on one key fob didn't work and the other fob was split open. The interior of the cab was messy and not consistent with the online pics. Day 3 of driving , the check engine light blesses me with its presence (P207F code). Check the DEF system and it's destroyed; alternator is also shot. Idler pulley and tensioner are crapped out as well. Email the dealership explaining that I realize this was an "AS IS" purchase, however asking if they stand behind their products and actually care about customer service. They clearly don't. Learn from my mistake: Have a qualified tech do a thorough inspection before you decide to buy from this dealership, otherwise you may potentially be several thousand in the hole not long after.
