THAT DIDN'T NEED TO BE REPLACED (replaced them a year ago if that they were perfectly good!) And on top of all this he didn't even fix the problem I took it in for! I went back to talk to them about it and also inquired about the spark plugs. He said well I wish you had told me you just replaced them..... UMMM so you just replaced them for the hell of it?? I left the car thinking they would make it right and fix the problem. I went two days with no call; I called to see what was going on and an employee told me what the problem was and it was going to be another $150 and asked me if I would like them to go ahead and replace it. I said I wanted to talk to the owner. Owner finally calls back and proceeded to tell me he didn't know if that would fix the problem or not. WTF!!! You were down and ready to charge me another $150 and you weren't even sure if that was what was wrong with it?!?!?! This was absolutely the worst experience and I will NEVER go back to them or recommend anyone use them. I was taken advantage of and feel like this man is nothing short of a crook!

Was told to drop my pickup off on Feb 21st but kept getting put off, wouldn't take it until almost end of March and then kept it for another month before starting on it. Kept saying he was short handed, only had one mechanic and himself. Finally got finished with it and Dennis told me my brakes were bad, I had just installed new calipers, pads, rotors, and brake lines and they were perfect when I dropped it off.
